Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na wyroby spozywcze, uzywane do przechowywania i transportu wyrobów spozywczych goracych. Istotne cechy opakowania zawarte sa w wygladzie i ksztalcie przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego. Opakowanie na wyroby spozywcze charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego wewnetrzne powierzchnie bedace w styku z produktem sa blyszczace, pokryte folia spozywcza, polaczona trwale z celulozowym materialem poszycia opakowania, np. z tektura papierem. Opakowanie ma ksztalt wieloscianu, z jednym bokiem odchylanym, stanowiacym pokrywe opakowania. Opakowanie we wszystkich odmianach posiada otwory wentylacyjne. Wzór przemyslowy ma trzy odmiany, z których: Odmiana pierwsza, pokazana na fig. 1, przedstawia opakowanie posiadajace ksztalt wieloscianu, którego podstawa jest polaczeniem prostokata z foremnym trapezem, tworzac szesciobok o dwóch ukosnych narozach usytuowanych od strony otwarcia opakowania. Szesciobok dolnej czesci opakowania jest otoczony piecioma pionowymi, polaczonymi z soba bokami, zas tylny, najdluzszy bok laczy sie górna krawedzia z podstawa pokrywy opakowania i nie jest polaczony z piecioma pozostalymi bokami. Szescioboczna pokrywe opakowania otacza piec prostopadlych do niej, nie polaczonych z soba wystepów, skierowanych do czesci dolnej opakowania i wchodzacych w te dolna czesc po zamknieciu pudelka poprzez obrót pokrywy wzgledem dolnej czesci opakowania, Szósty bok stanowi wspólna czesc laczaca dól opakowania z jego pokrywa. Wnetrze pudelka jest blyszczace, koloru srebrnego, w calosci wylozone folia spozywcza przystosowana do produktów goracych, polaczona trwale z poszyciem opakowania. Dolna czesc opakowania posiada otwory wentylacyjne usytuowane pomiedzy podstawa a bokiem polaczonym z pokrywa opakowania oraz jezyczki zamykajace pokrywe, usytuo*«tie pomiedzy podstawa a przednim bokiem opakowania. Odmiana druga, pokazana na fig. 2 przedstawia opakowanie posiadajace ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu, z blyszczaca powierzchniawnetrza pudelka, wylozona folia spozywcza do produktów goracych, polaczona trwale z poszyciem opakowania. Trzy boki czesci dolnej opakowania: przedni i dwa boczne sa polaczone z soba, zas tylny bok jest wspólny z pokrywa opakowania, odchylany wraz z nia. Kwadratowa podstawe pokrywy otaczaja takze, z przodu i po stronach bocznych, trzy prostopadle do niej wystepy nie polaczone z soba, przy czym wystepy po bokach pokrywy maja zaokraglone naroza na obu swych koncach. Trzy boki czesci dolnej opakowania: przedni i dwa boczne sa polaczone z soba, zas tylny bok jest wspólny z pokrywa opakowania, odchylany wraz z nia. The essential characteristics of the packaging are contained in the appearance and shape of the industrial design. The food packaging is characterized by its glossy interior surfaces in contact with the product, covered with a cling film, permanently bonded to a cellulose packaging material, e.g., cardboard or paper. The packaging is polyhedron-shaped, with one hinged side acting as a cover. All versions of the packaging have ventilation holes. The industrial design has three versions: The first version, shown in Fig. 1, represents a polyhedron-shaped packaging whose base is a combination of a rectangle and a regular trapezoid, creating a hexagon with two oblique corners located on the opening side. The hexagonal bottom part of the package is surrounded by five vertical, interconnected sides, while the rear, longest side connects at its top edge to the base of the package lid and is not connected to the other five sides. The hexagonal lid is surrounded by five perpendicular, unconnected protrusions, directed toward the bottom of the package and engaging with this lower part after the box is closed by rotating the lid relative to the bottom of the package. The sixth side is a common part connecting the bottom of the package to its lid. The interior of the box is glossy, silver, and entirely lined with food-grade foil suitable for hot products, permanently bonded to the packaging lining. The lower part of the package has ventilation holes located between the base and the side connected to the package lid, as well as lid closing tabs located between the base and the front side of the package. The second variant, shown in Fig. 2, represents a package in the shape of a cuboid with a square base, with a glossy interior surface lined with food foil for hot products, permanently connected to the package lining. Three sides of the lower part of the package: the front and two side ones, are connected to each other, while the rear side is shared with the package lid and hinges with it. The square base of the lid is also surrounded, at the front and on the sides, by three perpendicular projections that are not connected to each other, with the projections on the sides of the lid having rounded corners at both ends. The lower part of the package has ventilation holes located between the base and the rear wall, which is shared by the lid and the lower part of the package. The third variant, shown in Fig. 3, shows a package in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, with a glossy interior surface lined with food foil for hot products, permanently connected to the package lining. Three sides of the lower part of the package: the front and two side sides, are connected to each other, while the rear side is shared with the package lid and hinges with it. The rectangular base of the lid is also surrounded, at the front and on the sides, by three perpendicular projections that are not connected to each other, with the projections on the sides of the lid having rounded corners at both ends. The lower part of the package has ventilation holes located between the base and the rear wall, which is shared by the lid and the lower part of the package.
