Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli ogrodowych, skladajacy sie ze stolu okraglego, barku, fotela z oparciem wysokim i niskim oraz lawki, przeznaczonych do spozywania posilków. Komplet mebli ogrodowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest rozwiazaniem nowym i oryginalnym, rózniacym sie od znanych kompletów mebli tym, ze blat stolu i barku oraz siedziska, oparcia i podlokietniki foteli i lawy wykonane sa z drewna korzystnie debowego i maja powierzchnie gladkie, natomiast nogi wykonane sa z konarów lub galezi okorowanych i wygladzonych, które po polaczeniu zapewniaja stabilnosc konstrukcji. Pomiedzy deskami blatu pozostawione sa szpary szerokosci do 1 cm, a krawedzie desek maja krzywizny indywidualnie dopasowane do siebie. Do blatu stolu przytwierdzone sa trzy nogi z okorowanych i wygladzonych odcinków galezi drzew. Blaty barku wykonane sa z desek o róznej szerokosci, polaczonych odcinkami zerdzi z wybraniem o gladkiej powierzchni, przy czym górny blat jest zdejmowany. Konstrukcja barku wykonana jest z odcinków okraglego drewna okorowanego i wygladzonego, barek wyposazony jest w dwa kólka wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego z drewnianymi kolpakami, zamocowane na metalowej osi oslonietej wydrazona zerdka przymocowana do dolnej czesci konstrukcji, w górnej czesci konstrukcji barku zamocowane sa dwie raczki. Na dolnym blacie zamocowany jest uchwyt w ksztalcie drabinki do zabezpieczania butelek.Siedziska, podlokietniki i oparcia foteli i lawki wykonane sa z desek debowych natomiast konstrukcja nosna wykonana jest z odcinków okraglego okorowanego i wygladzonego drewna. Konstrukcja polaczona jest cienszymi odcinkami okraglego drewna zamocowanymi ukosnie do nóg foteli i nóg lawy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The garden furniture set, based on the industrial design, is a new and original solution, differing from known furniture sets in that the tabletop and bar, as well as the seats, backrests, and armrests of the armchairs and bench, are made of wood, preferably oak, and have smooth surfaces. The legs are made of debarked and smoothed branches or twigs, which, when joined, ensure structural stability. The garden furniture set is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the round table, Fig. 2 shows the bar, Fig. 3 shows a high-back armchair, Fig. 4 a low-back armchair, and Fig. 5 a bench. The tabletop is made of oak boards, which, when mounted to the supporting frames, are circular in shape. Gaps of up to 1 cm are left between the boards, and the board edges have individually adjusted curves. Three legs made from debarked and smoothed sections of tree branches are attached to the tabletop. The bar tops are made of boards of varying widths, connected by sections of poles with a smooth recess, and the top is removable. The bar structure is made of debarked and smoothed round wood. The bar is equipped with two plastic wheels with wooden caps, mounted on a metal axle covered by a hollow pole attached to the bottom of the structure. Two handles are attached to the top of the bar structure. A ladder-shaped bottle holder is mounted on the lower tabletop for securing bottles. The seats, armrests, and backrests of the armchairs and bench are made of oak boards, while the supporting structure is made of round, debarked and polished sections of wood. The structure is connected by thinner sections of wood attached diagonally to the armchair and bench legs. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The tabletop and bar top, backrests, seats, and armrests of the armchairs and bench are made of boards with a smooth surface. 2. The tabletop has gaps between the boards, approximately the width of the beam, and the edges of the boards have individually matched curves. 3.
