The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape of the sign, containing a visual and color composition on the display surface. Combined with a word and graphic combination, it has a suggestive effect on potential customers of the establishment in front of which it is displayed. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and accompanying illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows in Fig. 1 a frontal view of the decorative sign for the catering establishment. The illustrative material presented in Fig. 2 is a color print of the sign as in Fig. 1. The decorative sign of a catering facility according to the industrial design has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has the form of a flat, quadrangular plate containing a frontal display surface covered with horizontal, parallel colored stripes of various widths, with the widest strip in the middle part, constituting the basic display surface. It is the background of the name of the catering facility and is the word "pasibrzuch" written in a thick line, in "spaced out" type. Before the name "pasibrzuch", on the display surface of the sign, the word "RSTAURACYJKA" is written in large, decorative letters in a circle, while on the other side of the word "pasibrzuch" there is a stylized computer smiley face. The essence of the industrial design is also the color scheme of the sign, in which the surfaces of the stripes, counting from the top edge, are colored "red, ochre, yellow, ochre, light purple, and dark ochre." The surface of the letters of the word "pasibrzuch" and the surface of the computer smiley are colored yellow. The surface of the letters of the word "RESTAURACYJKA" is colored red. The sign according to the industrial design, due to its characteristic graphic and color composition and the verbal part, has a very suggestive effect on customers, combining elements of joyful optimism with the need to satisfy hunger or thirst in an atmosphere of peace that only establishments called "pasibrzuch" provide.
