Description

4 wnetrze dolnej czesci pojemnika. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik na cukierki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi dwuczesciowy cienkoscienny pojemnik w ksztalcie splaszczonego pudeleczka o przekroju kolowym. The new and original form of the candy container according to the industrial design is expressed in its shape, which allows the opening to be opened or closed by rotating the upper part relative to the lower part, through which the candies previously stored inside are poured out. The container's shape is a flattened box, with a vertical elliptical cross-section and a horizontal circular cross-section. The upper part has a circular opening and, on the inside, a vertical sleeve located along the container's axis, cut crosswise, and three protrusions, two of which act as stops during rotation around the axis relative to the lower part, and the third serves to move the container during rotation on teeth located in the hinged element of the lower part of the container. The lower part of the container has a vertical sleeve located along the container axis, with an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the sleeve, with which it cooperates when the container is closed. A hinged element is flexibly connected to the edge of this part of the container, which has an opening with a diameter equal to the opening in the upper part of the container. The two parts are pressed together using a thinned lower part along its entire circumference and projections on the inner side of the upper part of the container. The vertical sleeve of the upper part has a full-circumferential groove on its inner side, while the sleeve of the lower part has a full-circumferential projection on its outer side, which connects the box closure elements, creating a snap lock. An arrow is located on the upper part of the container, indicating the direction of rotation when opening the discharge opening. A candy container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a container with an open discharge opening, Fig. 2 a container with a closed discharge opening, Fig. 3 the interior of the upper part of the container, and Fig. 4 the interior of the lower part of the container. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The candy container according to the industrial design is a two-part, thin-walled container in the shape of a flattened box with a circular cross-section. The upper part of the container has a circular opening and, on the inside, a sleeve with a cross-section located along the container axis, as well as protrusions limiting the rotation of this part relative to the lower part of the container, as well as a protrusion for flexible sliding on teeth located on a pivoting element of the lower part of the container. The lower part of the container has a vertical sleeve positioned along the container axis, with an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the sleeve, with which it cooperates when the container is closed. A hinged element is flexibly connected to the edge of this part of the container, which has an opening with a diameter equal to the opening in the upper part of the container. The two parts are pressed together using a thinned lower part along its entire circumference and projections on the inner side of the upper part of the container. The vertical sleeve of the upper part has a full-circumferential groove on its inner side, while the lower sleeve has a full-circumferential projection on its outer side, which connects the box closure elements, creating a snap lock. There is an arrow on the top of the container indicating the direction of rotation when opening the discharge opening.fig 1 fig.2 fig.3 fig.4 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
