Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wiwarium przeznaczone szczególnie dla hodowli i obserwacji mrówek w warunkach nasladujacych naturalne srodowisko ich bytowania. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wiwarium przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wiwarium w widoku. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku wiwarium ma postac szklanej gabloty. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of vivarium, manifested in the shape and arrangement of elements aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the vivarium. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the vivarium takes the form of a glass display case. The vivarium according to the industrial design is characterized in that a horizontally placed glass showcase is connected to a vertical glass showcase which at the same time constitutes a support for the horizontal glass showcase and is additionally connected to it by a glass rib, while on the other side the horizontal glass showcase is supported by a narrow glass strip and is additionally connected to it by a second rib, as shown in Fig. 1. The essential features of the industrial design of the vivarium in the form of a glass showcase, characterized in that a horizontally placed glass showcase is connected to a vertical glass showcase which at the same time constitutes a support for the horizontal glass showcase and is additionally connected to it by a glass rib, while on the other side the horizontal glass showcase is supported by a narrow glass strip and is additionally connected to it by a second rib, while the upper plate of the glass showcase is equipped with a rib at the top, as shown in Fig. fig.1.Fig. 1 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
