Description

Opis patentowy opublikowano: 15.07.1977 91006 MKP B29j 5/04 Int. Cale urzadzenie, powinno byc proste, tanie w bu¬ dowie i racjonalne w dzialaniu. 1 — przedstawia urzadzenie do wytwarzania pólproduk¬ tów w ksztalcie plyt z wlókien z doprowadzajacym runo kanalem podlaczonym do pomieszczenia for¬ mujacego w widoku bocznym, fig. 4, fig. 4 — kanal wydmuchowy z re¬ gulatorem w przekroju wedlug linii I—I na fig. 3, fig. Przez silna turbulencje zwieksza sie zatem znacznie wydajnosc pracy urzadzenia, a ponadto zapobiega to ewentualnemu tworzeniu sie grudek w zaklejonym materiale wiórowym 13a.Przez dysze iniekcyjne 23, skierowane w kierun¬ ku nadmuchu i poruszania sie runa powstaje w obrebie wejscia do kanalu doprowadzajacego runo (miejsce nakladania materialu) silne podcisnienie, które wsysa wióry 13a w kanal doprowadzajacy . Cl.2 B29J 5/04 czyulnia] |urz^j^r^ Inventor: Patent holder: Adolf Buddenberg GmbH, Bad Driburg (Federal Republic of Germany) Device for producing boards The invention relates to a device for producing boards from crushed materials, in particular from fibrous materials such as wood chips or the like, which are supplied by means of an air stream to a shaping space connected to a material supply channel, which is formed by two endless conveyor belts circulating one above the other at a certain distance from each other, which delimit the space from below and from above, wherein one of the belts is The conveyor belts have an opening for air flow. There are known devices for manufacturing boards from crushed materials, in which pneumatic transport is used to obtain a fleece from chips, with the air stream moving the chips being generated by a blower or injector. The disadvantage of these devices, apart from the high costs, is the irregular density of the created fleece and an insufficiently rational work system. Due to the changing cross-sectional sizes of the air flow ducts, as well as friction losses on the edges, different flow rates occur at the cross-section of the guiding channels, which in turn adversely affect the uniformity of the fleece density. The aim of the invention is to improve the known manufacturing devices. boards made of crushed materials, taking into account the achievement of uniform fleece density and a rational work system. In the device according to the invention, to create the fleece in a simple and reliable way, one air stream is used, which has the same flow rate across the entire width of the flow channel, and therefore also across the width of the fleece, thanks to which it creates a fleece with an evenly dense cross-section and an evenly dense surface. The purpose of the device according to the invention is the efficient and uniform transport of the fleece to the shaping space with the possibility of any orientation of the chips inside the fleece by the air stream that moves and groups the fleece. Furthermore, the direction of the air stream, consisting of the blown and injected air, should be adjusted in order to obtain a smaller or larger turbulence set in a simple way and kept in the appropriate directions. It should be possible to independently regulate the blown air as well as the injected air flow. The entire device should be simple, cheap in construction and rational in operation. The essence of the device for manufacturing boards from fragmented materials, in particular from fibrous materials such as wood chips, etc., is that an air supply channel is connected to the material supply channel, the width of which is adapted to the width of the fleece created from the chips, and that an air flow regulator is placed in a specific place in the channel system, which ensures a uniform air flow rate across the entire width of the cross-section of the air supply channel, or increases the speed. air flow at the edges of the channel in order to compensate for losses resulting from friction. Furthermore, the regulator sets the desired direction of the blowing air and causes a significant reduction of the static flow pressure at the place of application of the chip material. The essence of the device according to the invention is also that on the air supply channel, located as an extension of the blowing air channel, leading to the forming room, at a certain distance behind the air regulator, there are several injection nozzles that move the fleece made of chips towards the forming room and serve to direct the chips. The most advantageous air regulator is composed of a wall or block that divides the blowing channel into two sections, one above the other at a certain distance from each other, with the upper section of the channel connected to the material supply—the chip feed channel—and creating the initial material surface. The upper surface of the air regulator is curved into a parabola and enlarges the upper part of the channel, both sideways and in height. This ensures that the air flow remains constant over the entire cross-section of this part of the channel, which increases from the bisector of the channel width towards both sides. This causes the chips within this part of the channel to move evenly, thus creating a fleece of uniform density across the entire cross-section and surface. In order to adjust the airflow direction, the regulator is placed in the blow-out channel so that its height can be adjusted. The fleece supply channel, running coaxially with the air blowing channel, is equipped with at least one row of upper and one row of lower injection nozzles, which are arranged in the blowing direction at an acute angle to the channel, and their angle can be continuously adjusted within a certain range from approximately 10° to approximately 40°. In order to overcome and equalize the increased frictional resistance occurring on the sides of the channel, injection nozzles can be arranged in series, transversely to the direction of the channel flow, closely next to each other on both sides of the channel. Furthermore, the injection nozzles can be subjected to the same or different air pressure. Thanks to the adjustable air flow regulator, the chips blown into the fleece supply channel have a uniform density, and the injection nozzles create an additional negative pressure that causes the chips to be sucked in and the fleece to move. Moreover, the direction of the air blowing and the injector nozzle create a certain, adjustable turbulence in the supply channel, thanks to which the desired orientation of the chips in their position inside the fleece is achieved. The device according to the invention is constructed in a simple and inexpensive way and allows, with a rational work system, the production of fleece from chips and boards from wood fibers with a uniform density over their entire cross-section and over the entire surface at low technical costs. The chips are forced by blown air into the fleece form and then conveyed as a uniformly dense fleece to the board shaping room. By means of an air flow direction and speed regulator located in the blowing channel, the chip material entering the channel and moved by the air acquires a uniform density of the entire mass across the entire width of the fleece. Then, under the action of the suction air, on the one hand, a uniform movement of the fleece is achieved, and on the other hand, a more or less strong orientation of the chips inside the fleece is achieved. At the same time, due to turbulence, the chips are mixed, which prevents the formation of local hardening. The device works best with air circulating in a closed circuit and can be constructed in a simple way, whereby high work efficiency and evenness are achieved with little effort. standard board quality. By means of an adjustable, tiltable regulator in the blow-out channel and by means of injection nozzles with an adjustable angle of inclination in relation to the direction of the fleece supply channel, a simple and reliable method of controlling the air flow is achieved to create various turbulences in appropriate quantities, which, in addition to advantages such as efficient chip transport, guarantees obtaining an excellent and uniform fleece density. The device according to the invention is shown, for example, in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a device for producing semi-finished products in the shape of fiber boards with a fleece supply channel connected to the forming room in a side view, Fig. 2 shows a fleece supply channel equipped with injection nozzles and, through an attached blow-out channel with a direction and speed regulator. air flow and with an attached material supply channel, Fig. 3 - blow-out channel with a regulator in a cross-section according to line II-II in Fig. 4, Fig. 4 - blow-out channel with a regulator in a cross-section according to line I-I in Fig. 3, Fig. 5 - fleece supply channel with injection nozzles placed on the upper and lower walls, in cross-section. The device according to the invention for producing semi-finished products in the form of boards from crushed materials, in particular from fibrous materials such as wood chips, has a channel 10 producing and supplying fleece, the width and height of the cross-section of which correspond to the cross-section of the fleece being produced, and which has a rectangular cross-section, this channel being The larger side of the fleece is laid flat. A forming space 12 is connected to this fleece forming and feeding channel 10, formed by two endless transport and pressure belts 11 placed at a certain distance above each other. The fleece 13 is fed to this space by means of an air current, and in this space the further basic forming of the fleece takes place. In the extension of the fleece feeding channel runs a blowing channel 14, which supplies the chip material 13a to the feeding channel, which is connected to the material feeding channel 15. The fleece feeding channel 10 extends in the blowing direction beyond the material feeding channel 15, which is arranged in the blowing direction at a certain angle, usually acute, to both coaxial channels. 14, and is connected to it from above. The chip material 13a, which is fed from above, for example via a conveyor belt 16 and a discharge roller 17, and is directed diagonally downwards in the blowing direction (see the direction of the arrow in Fig. 1), is introduced by means of air blown through the blowing channel 14 into the channel 10 where the fleece is formed and, via an air current connected to the supply channel 10, passes into the forming space 12. At least one of the two belts 11 arranged above each other, forming the forming space, is provided with air-permeable leakage holes, so that the air current used to move the fleece can be sucked out of the forming space during the pressing of the fleece during the pressing of the boards. 12 through suction blowers 18 placed on the sides of the forming space. A pipe 19 leads from the blower 18, which brings the extracted air back to the blowing channel 14, so that a closed air flow circuit is created for moving the material. The pipe 19 led from the blower 18 is connected to the holding chamber 20, which has the same cross-section along its entire length, which turns into the acceleration channel 21, with a cross-section decreasing in the direction of blowing and leading from the blowing channel 14, which has a rectangular cross-section, laid flat with its increasing cross-section and adapted in shape and size to the channel 10, which supplies the fleece. In the channel 10, set to the width of the formed In the air blowing channel 14, in the chips 13a of the fleece 13, there is placed an air flow regulator 22, which sets the air blowing direction and causes a uniform flow rate of the blown air stream in the air blowing channel 14, over its entire width (over its entire cross-section), wherein the regulator 22 extends partly in the blowing channel 14 and partly enters the impact area between the end of the blowing channel and the material/material supply channel 15. At a certain distance behind the air flow regulator 22 (viewed in the direction of blowing), several injection nozzles 23 are connected to the supply channel and the fleece forming channel 10, which on the one hand cause the chips to be directed towards the air blowing channel 14, and on the other hand ... The air flow rate regulator 22 divides the blowing channel 14 into two channel parts 14a, 14b, placed one above the other. The upper part of the channel 14a is connected with its rear end in the blowing direction to the material supply channel 15, because the upper wall 24 meets along the length, for example along half the length of the regulator 22, with the lower oblique wall 25 of the supply channel 15, so that the air flow flowing out of this part of the channel 14a serves to transport the chips 15. The mutual ratio of the transverse The flow cross-sections of both these parts of the channel 14a, 141*, and in particular of their inlet and outlet openings, are such that in the upper part of the channel 14a the static flow pressure is almost equal to the external pressure and the flow rate there is at least necessary for the transport of the raw material for the cuttings. In the blowing direction, at the back of the regulator 22, both parts of the channel 14a, 14b merge again into the supply channel 10. The air flow rate regulator 22 has a cross-section that increases in height starting from the bisector of the channel width towards both sides of the channel, so that the height of the limitation of the upper part of the channel 14a created by the regulator and by such side openings increases in both directions. the enlargement of the cross-section is achieved by a uniform flow rate across the entire width of the channel 14. The regulator 22 is formed by a wall or a body convexly shaped in its front part in the direction of the blowing, preferably when this bulge has the shape of a parabola, straightening towards the rear part and arranged parallel to the width of the cross-section of the lower surface 0 of the channel. The height of the inlet cross-section of the upper part of the channel 14a, into which the chip material 13a is placed, increases in a parabolic function from the center to the sides, and the bulge of the surface dividing the channel flattens in the direction of blowing, and finally becomes flat approximately in the area of the inlet 26 of the chip material 13a. Instead of the regulator 22 formed by a bulged wall, a body can also be used, the upper part of which has a parallel bulge and the bottom is shaped flat. Due to this type of cross-sectional shape increasing laterally in the upper part of the channel 14a, which is mainly used for chip transport, a uniform chip density is achieved during chip transport by means of air blowing over the entire width of the fleece. At a small distance in the blowing direction, at the back of the regulator 22, located within the 6° stroke of the three channels 14, 15, 10, a number of further injection nozzles 2a are connected at certain distances from each other at the fleece supply channel 10, within the upper and lower walls along the entire width of the cross-section, whereby the direction of the air flowing out of them falls at an acute angle, located with the re- 10° to about 40° to the fleece supply channel 10, regulating the injection air flow independently of the air flow regulator 22. The injector nozzles 23 are usually placed in the central area of the channel 10 width, at a greater distance from each other than within the channel sides. To overcome the friction of the fleece and uneven transport, the mutual distance between the nozzles is reduced towards both side edges of the channel (Fig. 5). It is advisable to place two or more rows of injection nozzles at the top and bottom of the channel 10, arranged one after the other in the direction of the blowing air, with each row extending across the width of the channel. The air supply to the injection nozzles 23 is obtained from air compression chambers 27, which are arranged either across the entire width of the channel and supply air at the same pressure to all nozzles 23 lying in one row, or they are divided into single chambers, arranged partially across the width of the channel and operate independently of each other, under the same or different air pressure, so that the air is blown into the desired area of the width of the channel 10. air at a higher or lower pressure. To adjust the amount of turbulence in channel 10, and thus to determine a stronger or weaker chip direction, it is advisable to place nozzles 23 at channel 10 in a way that allows the application angle to be adjusted within the range of 15° to 40°. A larger nozzle angle means stronger turbulence and therefore a less pronounced tendency to direct the chips, while a smaller nozzle angle results in reduced turbulence and therefore a stronger chip direction. The nozzles 23 in each row can be adjusted individually or together, or the nozzles in all rows can be adjusted independently of each other or together, so that two rows of nozzles can be arranged at the same or different angles in the direction of the pile movement. Furthermore, the chip directionality in the created pile 13 depends on the distance between the edge of the lining 26 and the air inlet opening (the first row of nozzles in the direction of the pile movement). The least chip directionality should be achieved with a very small distance and a large nozzle angle. Strong turbulence is always desirable when a strong chip directionality can be avoided. Turbulence significantly increases the chip load capacity in the flow by preventing particles from falling to the bottom of the channel. Strong turbulence significantly increases the efficiency of the device and also prevents the potential formation of lumps in the stuck chip material 13a. Through the injection nozzles 23, directed in the direction of the blowing and the movement of the fleece, a strong negative pressure is created at the entrance to the fleece feed channel (the material application point), which sucks the chips 13a into the feed channel. Furthermore, this significantly increases the flow speed and turbulence, thus increasing the chip load capacity in the flow. The conveyed material 13 is mixed and spun by a high-energy compressed air stream through nozzles 23. Any lumps that may form are broken up. The air current carrying the chips reaches the fleece-forming room 12 through a transition channel. The air escaping through the air-permeable conveyor belt or belts is extracted by means of suitable means, i.e., suction devices. The suction line 28 can be connected to the suction wall of the blower 18 so that a closed air circulation is created. It is advantageous if the regulator 22, in order to adjust it to different cross-sections of the channel part 14a, 14b and the direction of the blown air flow, is continuously fixed in a tilted position around the cutting axis 29. Fixing can be effected by suitable fixing elements, such as screw or tensioning elements 31, inserted into the longitudinal holes of the channel 14. The fixing elements 30, 31 can be placed in the front part of the regulator, in the direction of the blowing. By adjusting the height of the regulator 22, the angle of the incoming air flow direction can be changed and set. into the fleece supply channel 10, which creates the turbulence necessary for the formation of a dense fleece. When air enters along the axis, the turbulence weakens and becomes greater with directed air entry. The same is achieved by directed arrangement of the injection nozzles 23, or by dense arrangement of the nozzles 23 within the edge of the channel, or by varying the air pressure supplied to the nozzles 23.
