Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plytka przeciw owadom. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, plytka przeciw owadom wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz jej ornamentacj i. Wzór plytki przeciw owadom jest uwidoczniony na ilustracjach, z których fig. 1 przedstawia plytke przeciw owadom w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i lewego boku, fig. 2 - plytke przeciw owadom w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 - w widoku z tylu. Plytka przeciw owadom, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zielony korpus w ksztalcie zblizonym do plaskiego prostopadloscianu, którego sciany przednia i tylna maja zarys kwadratowy i sa delikatnie lukowo ku górze zbiezne w kierunku do siebie. Wzdluznie na scianachbocznych oraz górnej i dolnej, plytka przeciw owadom ma dookola rowek dzielacy ja na segment sciany przedniej i segment sciany tylnej. Compared to similar products of this type, the insect repellent plate is distinguished by its novelty manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, material, and ornamentation. The insect repellent plate design is shown in the illustrations, of which Fig. 1 shows the insect repellent plate in a perspective view from the front and left side, Fig. 2 shows the insect repellent plate from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the back view. The insect repellent plate, according to the industrial design, is characterized by a green body in a shape similar to a flat cuboid, whose front and back walls have a square outline and gently curve upward toward each other. Along the side walls, top, and bottom, the insect screen has a groove around it, dividing it into a front wall segment and a rear wall segment. The front wall has alternating arc-shaped slits and ribs extending from its lower left corner to the upper left and lower right corners, extending between its lower edge and the left side edge. These slits are supported by two straight support arms radiating from the lower left corner of the wall, creating a ventilation grille for the front wall of the insect screen. A circular, flat white plate is placed on the ventilation grille of the front wall, at its lower left corner. The rear wall has alternating arched slits and ribs extending from its lower left corner towards the upper left and lower right corners, extending between its lower edge and the left lateral edge. These slits are supported by two rectilinear support arms extending radially from the lower left corner of this wall, creating a ventilation grille for the rear wall of the insect screen. The essential features of the insect screen are its green body, shaped like a flat cuboid, with the front and rear walls having a square outline and gently converging upwards towards each other in an arc. On the side, top, and bottom walls, the insect screen has a circumferential groove dividing it into a front wall segment and a rear wall segment. The front wall has alternating arched slits and ribs extending from its lower left corner towards the upper left and lower right corners, extending between its lower edge and the left lateral edge. These slits are supported by two rectilinear support arms extending radially from the lower left corner of this wall, creating a ventilation grille for the front wall and an insect-proof plate. A circular, flat white plate is placed on the ventilation grille of the front wall, at its lower left corner.
