Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakladka reklamowa na pistolet dozujacy w dystrybutorze paliw plynnych, powszechnie stosowanym na stacjach paliwowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac nakladki reklamowej, która w porównaniu ze sianymi nakladkami, przedstawionymi przede wszystkim w opisie ochronnym polskiego wzoru zdobniczego Rz 14888 oraz opisie ochronnym polskiego wzoru przemyslowego Rp 230, przejawia sie w je j oryginalnym ksztalcie oraz indywidualnym charakterze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia nakladke reklamowa w perspektywicznym widoku z góry i z przodu, Fig. 2 przedstawia nakladke reklamowa z odlaczona pokrywa w perspektywicznym widoku z góry i z boku, Fig. 3 przedstawia nakladke w widoku z góry, Fig. 4 - w widoku z boku, Fig. 5 - w widoku z przodu, Fig.6 - w widoku z tylu oraz Fig.7 - w widoku z dolu. Nakladka reklamowa na pistolet dozujacy w dystrybutorze paliw plynnych, pokazana na Fig. 1-7 , posiada nieforemny, wydrazony korpus, który jest symetryczny wzgledem wzdluznej plaszczyzny podzialu. Na korpusie nakladki jest osadzona pokrywa, której zarysy odpowiadajazarysom jego górnej powierzchni. Ksztalty dolnej czesci korpusu sa dopasowane do ksztaltów srodkowego odcinka pistoletu dozujacego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze: - górne powierzchnie korpusu i pokrywy sa w przyblizeniu plaskie, a w widoku z góry maja zarys prostokatny, prawie kwadratowy, o nieznacznie zaokraglonych narozach; - górna powierzchnia korpusu posiada obwodowy rowek o zarysie prostokatnym, który jest widoczny po zdjeciu pokrywy; - wewnetrzne pole górnej powierzchni korpusu troche wystaje ponad jej obrzeza, otaczajace od zewnatrz obwodowy rowek; - obrys górnej powierzchni pokrywy jest dopasowany do obwodowego rowka, w zwiazku z czym jest nieco mniejszy od zewnetrznego obrysu górnej powierzchni korpusu; - boczne sciany oraz przednia i tylna sciana pokrywy maja zasadniczo plaskie powierzchnie o mniej wiecej prostokatnych zarysach i jednakowej wysokosci oraz przylegaja prostopadle swymi górnymi krawedziami do obrzezy górnej powierzchni pokrywy; - dolne krawedzie scian pokrywy, osadzonej na korpusie, przylegaja do obrzezy górnej powierzchni korpusu, przy czym pokrywa równomiernie wystaje ponad jego górna powierzchnie; - boczne sciany oraz przednia i tylna sciana górnej czesci korpusu maja zasadniczo plaskie powierzchnie i przylegaja prostopadle swymi górnymi krawedziami do obrzezy górnej powierzchni korpusu; - tylna sciana górnej czesci korpusu ma prostoliniowa krawedz dolna, zas dolne krawedzie przedniej sciany oraz bocznych scian tej czesci korpusu sa nieco wygiete w dól, przy czym sciany te lacza sie plynnie z oblymi powierzchniami dolnej czesci korpusu, która jest nakladana na nie pokazany pistolet dozujacy; - dolna czesc korpusu nakladki ma ksztalt zblizony do ostroslupa o zaokraglonych powierzchniach, którego podstawe tworzy górna czesc korpusu;- przednia, troche wypukla powierzchnia dolnej czesci korpusu ma skierowany do przodu wystep o zarysie zblizonym do stozka scietego, który posiada walcowy otwór w swej czesci wierzcholkowej; - tylna, w przyblizeniu plaska powierzchnia dolnej czesci korpusu jest u dolu nieco zagieta w tyl i ma czesciowo owalny otwór, wydluzony w kierunku pionowym; - zarysy wydrazonej przestrzeni korpusu sa odpowiednio dopasowane do zaiysów nie pokazanego pistoletu dozujacego. Pokrywa nakladki reklamowej jest wykonana z przezroczystego tworzywa. Pod pokrywa, na górnej powierzchni korpusu umieszcza sie etykiety informacyjno - reklamowe, które sa dobrze widoczne przy poslugiwaniu sie pistoletem dozujacym.Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4Fig.5Fig.6Fig.7 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an advertising overlay for a dispensing nozzle in a liquid fuel dispenser, commonly used at gas stations. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of advertising overlay, which, compared to conventional overlays, primarily presented in the protective description of Polish ornamental design Rz 14888 and the protective description of Polish industrial design Rp 230, manifests itself in its original shape and individual character. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the advertising overlay in a perspective view from above and from the front, Fig. 2 shows the advertising overlay with the detached cover in a perspective view from above and from the side, Fig. 3 shows the overlay from above, Fig. 4 - from the side, Fig. 5 - from the front, Fig. 6 - from the back, and Fig. 7 - from the bottom. The advertising overlay for a dispensing gun in a liquid fuel dispenser, shown in Fig. 1-7, has an irregular, hollow body that is symmetrical about the longitudinal plane of the parting. A cover is mounted on the cover body, the outlines of which correspond to the outlines of its upper surface. The shapes of the lower part of the body are matched to the shapes of the middle section of the dispensing gun. The essential features of the industrial design are manifest in the following: - the upper surfaces of the body and cover are approximately flat, and when viewed from above, they have a rectangular, almost square, outline with slightly rounded corners; - the upper surface of the body has a circumferential groove with a rectangular outline, which is visible after removing the cover; - the inner area of the upper surface of the body protrudes slightly above its periphery, surrounding the circumferential groove from the outside; - the outline of the upper surface of the cover is fitted to the circumferential groove and is therefore slightly smaller than the outer outline of the upper surface of the body; - the side walls and the front and rear walls of the cover have substantially flat surfaces with approximately rectangular outlines and the same height and adjoin perpendicularly with their upper edges to the periphery of the upper surface of the cover; - the lower edges of the walls of the cover mounted on the body adjoin the periphery of the upper surface of the body, with the cover protruding evenly above its upper surface; - the side walls and the front and rear walls of the upper part of the body have substantially flat surfaces and adjoin perpendicularly with their upper edges to the periphery of the upper surface of the body; - the rear wall of the upper part of the body has a rectilinear lower edge, and the lower edges of the front wall and side walls of this part of the body are slightly bent downwards, these walls connecting smoothly with the rounded surfaces of the lower part of the body, which is placed on the not shown dispensing gun; - the lower part of the body of the attachment has a shape similar to a pyramid with rounded surfaces, the base of which is formed by the upper part of the body; - the front, slightly convex surface of the lower part of the body has a forward-facing protrusion with an outline similar to a truncated cone, which has a cylindrical opening in its apex; - the rear, approximately flat surface of the lower part of the body is slightly bent backwards at the bottom and has a partially oval opening, elongated in the vertical direction; - The contours of the hollow body space are appropriately matched to the specifications of the dispensing gun (not shown). The advertising overlay's cover is made of transparent plastic. Informational and advertising labels are placed under the cover on the upper surface of the body, which are clearly visible when using the dispensing gun.
