PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is summer footwear with an open heel, intended for general and recreational use. The shoe, known from Polish design description no. Rz 17640, is shaped as a closed flap at the toes with a perforated upper. The sole is shaped as a rising cot around the heel, with the edge of the sole featuring a distinctive stylized stitching. The lateral surface of the sole is rough and stylized to resemble the texture of normal leather. The sole, known from Polish design description no. Rp 1930, has the outline of a human foot when viewed from below, while in a side view, it has the heel and metatarsus sections separated by a semicircular recess. A border runs along the edge of the lower surface of the sole, and the portion of the surface lying within the border is divided into three parts by arcs. The lower surface portions lying at the ends of the sole are divided by a spatial grid consisting of frames with a beeswax structure. Additionally, each frame contains a protrusion representing a fragment of a sphere. Meanwhile, the central portion of the lower surface of the sole is divided by a series of parallel grooves, and the lateral surface of the sole is divided by a wavy groove, with the sole having bevels at the ends, which, starting from the line of the wavy groove, radiate upward. The summer footwear with an open heel, shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, drawings and illustrative material, shaped in the form of a closed flap in the toe area with a perforated upper, with the sole of the footwear in a bottom view with the outline of a human foot, and in a side view with a separated semicircular recess of the heel part and the metatarsus with a rim running along the edge of the lower surface of the lower part, with a fragment of the surface lying in the rim divided into parts by arcs, and in part of the lower surface, lying at the ends of the lower part, divided by a spatial grid consisting of frames with a beeswax structure, has common essential features of an industrial design, which consist in the fact that the shoe upper has a strap sewn in along the base of the footwear, made of smooth material of the upper, encompassing the base of the upper and the inner part of the surface, the end of which is attached double stitching, and in a side view the sole of the footwear with a separated semicircular recess of the heel part and the metatarsus with a wavy groove running along the edge of the upper surface of the sole, separating the part with a rough upper surface and the lower part with parallel striated projections running from the groove to a fragment of the surface of the sole lying in a border divided by arcs into four parts, of which two parts lying at the ends of the sole have a surface composed of projections forming frames with a beeswax structure, while the middle part has a rough surface, while the fourth surface is located inside the arc outline with a beeswax surface structure located under the toe part of the sole, has a symmetrical outline with a smaller surface with a rough surface texture. The first variant of the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design, consisting in that two parts lying at the ends of the bottom with a surface composed of projections forming frames with a beeswax structure have circular projections placed inside the frame symmetrically to the beeswax cell as shown in Fig. 4 of the drawing.
