BUTELKA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 18.04.2005 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego przeznaczona zwlaszcza jako opakowanie plynnych artykulów chemii gospodarczej. Butelka wedlug wzoru jest nowa i oryginalna w odniesieniu do dotychczas znanych rozwiazan tego typu. Istota niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz uformowaniu powierzchni Butelka bedzie wykonywana sposobem wedlug dotychczasowego stanu techniki zwlaszcza z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego. Butelka jest oryginalna w ksztalcie, estetyczna i poreczna. Pozwala na wygodne poslugiwanie sie nia glównie z uwagi na pewny chwyt. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l pokazuje butelke w widoku od przodu (od strony wezszego boku z wglebieniami), natomiast fig.2 pokazuj e butelke w widoku z szerszego boku.Cechy istotne niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego to: to, ze butelka ma plaszczyzne symetrii przechodzaca przez srodek wlewu i przez dluzsza z osi symetrii wydluzonej podstawy, w dolnej czesci przekrój poziomy butelki jest zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, zas w górnej czesci butelka na wezszym boku ma przewezenie z dwoma wglebieniami, natomiast dolne czesci obu wezszych boków butelki sa lagodnie wyokraglone na calej swej dlugosci, jak to pokazano na fig. 1 i fig.2. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of plastic, intended primarily for packaging liquid household chemicals. The bottle according to the design is new and original compared to previously known solutions of this type. The essence of this industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface formation. The bottle will be manufactured using a method consistent with the current state of the art, particularly from transparent plastic. The bottle is unique in shape, aesthetically pleasing, and handy. It allows for comfortable use, primarily due to its secure grip. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view (from the side of the narrower side with recesses), while Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a view from the wider side. The essential features of this industrial design are: the bottle has a plane of symmetry passing through the center of the filler and through the longer symmetry axis of the elongated base, in the lower part the horizontal cross-section of the bottle is close to a rectangle with rounded corners, while in the upper part the bottle on the narrower side has a narrowing with two recesses, while the lower parts of both narrower sides of the bottle are gently rounded along their entire length, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
