Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztaltownik, przeznaczony do tworzenia estetycznych polaczen w dowolnych konstrukcjach, zwlaszcza takich, w których wykorzystuje sie plyty poliweglanowe. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest jego widokiem aksonometrycznym, a fig. 2 kopia fotografii ksztaltownika wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. Ksztaltownik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest bryla zlozona z szeregu przy- legajacych do siebie elementów. W czesci srodkowej ksztaltownik ten zawiera scianki tworzace dwie, równe, wzajemnie równolegle rury o przekrojach kolo- wych, polaczone z plyta podstawy za pomoca dwóch wystepów. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is an axonometric view, and Fig. 2 is a copy of a photograph of the profile according to the industrial design. The profile according to the industrial design is a solid composed of a series of adjacent elements. In its central section, this profile contains walls forming two equal, mutually parallel tubes with circular cross-sections, connected to the base plate by two projections.
