Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uklad elektryczny automatycznego bezpiecznika z samoczynnym zalaczeniem obwodów elektrycznych.W znanych ukladach automatycznego zabezpieczenia obwodów elektrycznych, które powtórnie samoczynnie zalaczaja napiecia w obwód elektryczny gdy zniknela przyczyna jego wylaczenia stosuje sie jedynie ograniczniki pradu. Sa one powszechnie stosowane w laboratoryjnych zasilaczach stabilizowanych napiecia stalego. W ukladzie elektrycznego, automatycznego bezpiecznika z samoczynnym zalaczeniem obwodów elektrycznych zastosowano pólprzewodnikowy uklad pomiarowo-elektroniczny do sterowania przekaznikiem elektromagnetycznym. Ponadto uklad sklada sie z przerzutnika 9 Schmitta, wzmacniacza 10 oraz elementu wykonawczego w postaci przekaznika 11 i mechanicznie sprzezonych z nim dwóch par przelaczajacych styków 12 i 13. PL PLThe invention concerns an electrical circuit for an automatic circuit breaker with automatic circuit reconnection. Known automatic circuit protection systems, which automatically reconnect voltage to an electrical circuit when the cause of the shutdown is no longer present, employ only current limiters. These are commonly used in laboratory stabilized DC power supplies. However, their use is limited to DC voltages. A disadvantage of these systems is the need to use transistors in the circuit being switched off. Automatic reclosing circuit breakers used in the power industry reconnect voltage to a disconnected circuit, but without first measuring the state of that circuit. In the automatic circuit breaker system of the invention, after the system has tripped, a current proportional to the circuit resistance flows in the protection circuit. This current automatically reconnects voltage to the load circuit after the short circuit or overload condition is removed. In the automatic circuit breaker system with automatic reclosing, a semiconductor measuring-electronic circuit is used to control an electromagnetic relay. The relay's contacts are connected to the protected circuit, and if the measuring system detects an overload or short circuit at the load terminals, they switch a safe, reduced voltage to that circuit. When the reason for the relay switching disappears, the automatic* circuit breaker automatically returns to its initial state and supplies the receiver with full voltage again. Another advantage of the discussed automatic fuse is the possibility of using it for both direct and alternating voltages and in all places where overloads and short circuits often occur, for example in test systems or where it is difficult to replace fuses. The subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary solution in the block-schematic drawing. 2 93 001 The electrical system of the automatic fuse with automatic switching of electric circuits is composed of the following units: a mains power supply 1 consisting of a transformer 2, rectifiers 3 and 4, an LC filter 5, a measuring system consisting of: measuring resistors 6, 7 and an alternating component filter 8. Furthermore, the system consists of a Schmitt trigger 9, an amplifier 10 and an actuator in the form of a relay 11 and mechanically coupled Two pairs of switching contacts 12 and 13 are connected to it. The circuit allows the use of output terminals 14, with terminals 15 shorted, and then the automatic circuit breaker allows the receivers to be powered with AC voltage. However, when output terminals 14 are shorted, terminals 15 are used, which allow for the safe power supply of receivers with DC voltage. When considering the operation of the automatic circuit breaker, let's assume that the receiver requires an AC power supply and is therefore connected to terminals 14 of the fuse, while terminals 15 must be shorted. The automatic circuit breaker will trip when the voltage drop across its measuring resistor 6 exceeds the permissible value, i.e., exceeds the voltage threshold of Schmitt trigger 9. The reason for exceeding the trigger threshold of trigger 9 may be a temporary overload of the receiver or its fault state, for example, a short circuit. The signal obtained from flip-flop 9, after being amplified in amplifier 10, controls relay 11, which, through its switching contacts 12, supplies a safe, reduced voltage from the secondary tap of the transformer 2 winding of the power supply 1 to the output terminals 14. Simultaneously with the switching of contacts 12, the second pair of contacts 15 of relay 11 is switched, which thus increases the measuring resistor 6 by an additional resistor 7. Resistor 7 is selected in such a way that it maintains the previous state of flip-flop 9. When the overload is over, or the short circuit of the receiver connected to the output terminals 14 is removed, the voltage drop across resistors 6 and 7 decreases, and thus flip-flop 9 changes its state, relay 11 returns to the rest state, transmitting through its contacts 12 full voltage again to the output terminals 14. The operation of the system is identical in the case when the receiver is to be supplied with DC voltage from the output terminals 15—then the terminals 14 must be shorted. PL PL
