Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest miska do przygotowywania farby na wlosy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac miski przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Miska do przygotowywania farby na wlosy przedstawiona na fig.l do fig. 14 ma ksztalt zblizony do okraglego kapelusza i sklada sie z pojemnika w postaci scietego stozka z lekko wypukla pobocznica oraz z kolnierza majacego w widoku z góry ksztalt owalu ze scietymi i lekko wkleslymi krawedziami dwóch naprzeciwleglych boków. Odmiana wzoru wedlug fig. 8 do fig. 14 rózni sie od wzoru przedstawionego na fig.l do fig.7 tym, ze jedna z dluzszych krawedzi kolnierza jest wyposazona w gniazdo do osadzenia w nim karteczki z numerem farby. The essence of the design is the new form of the bowl, as manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, of which the collective drawing shows two variants of a bowl for preparing hair dye in a perspective view, fig. 1 - shows the bowl in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bowl in a left side view, fig. 3 - the bowl in a right side view, fig. 4 - the bowl in a front view, fig. 5 - the bowl in a back view, fig. 6 - the bowl in a top view, fig. 7 - the bowl in a bottom view, fig. 8 - shows a variant of the bowl with a socket in a perspective view, fig. 9 - the same bowl in a left side view, fig. 10 - the same bowl in a right side view, fig. 11 - the same bowl in a front view, fig. 12 - the same bowl in a back view, fig. 13 - the same bowl in a top view, fig. 14 - the same bowl in a Bottom. Essential features of the industrial design. The bowl for preparing hair dye shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 14 has a shape similar to a round hat and consists of a container in the form of a truncated cone with a slightly convex side and a collar having an oval shape in top view with beveled and slightly concave edges on two opposite sides. The design variant according to Fig. 8 to Fig. 14 differs from the design shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 in that one of the longer edges of the collar is provided with a socket for embedding a card with the dye number. The bowl is preferably made of plastic and is particularly suitable for use in professional hairdressing.
