Przygotowana do przesycenia szpula 1 z tkanina 5 jest mocowana w stojaku tak, ze wal 15 jest usytuowany pionowo.W przedstawionym urzadzeniu prowadzi sie przesycanie znanym sposobem równomiernego rozprowadzenia zywicy przy pomocy pompy tloczacej 7 az do ukazania sie zywicy w przewodzie przezroczystym 8 laczacym pompe prózniowa 6.W zespole nawojowym skladajacym sie z rolek 1, 3 i 18, 20 odwija sie siatke dystansowa 4, przesycona tkanina 17, która przechodzi przez walce dociskowe 16 i zostaje nawinieta na rolke 20 z jednoczesnym licowaniem folia 19.Nadmiar zywicy odcisnietej z przesyconej tkaniny szklanej 17 scieka do wanny 21.Urzadzenie do przesycania tkaniny szklanej moze byc wykorzystane we wszystkich galeziach przemyslu maszynowego stosujacych tkaniny szklane. PL PLThe invention concerns a device for impregnating glass fabric with resin, enabling the production of soft, pre-impregnated mats called prepregs. Devices for continuous impregnation of glass fabrics in tanks equipped with impregnation rollers, imprinting systems, and heating tunnels in which the solvent evaporates at elevated temperatures are known. As it passes through the tunnel, the resin in the pre-impregnated material undergoes initial gelation, and the pre-impregnated material is then faced with a cellulose acetate foil and rolled into a roll. The production of reinforced plastics by pre-saturating laminated material with resins by spreading the resin layers using wringing rollers is known, as is a method and device for producing plastics that utilizes negative pressure to impregnate glass mats with resin. The aim of the invention is to develop a device for impregnating glass fabric with resin, simple in design and easy to operate. This goal is achieved by constructing a impregnation unit in the form of a hollow shaft, divided at both ends by a wall, connected to a vacuum pump at the top and to a pressure pump at the bottom. Perforated discs and palisade rims are attached near the shaft journals, with radial holes between them. The spool with the fabric placed on the shaft is covered by a foil sleeve tightly pressed to the shaft journals by means of clamps. The device according to the invention is shown in an example of its implementation in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of the winding unit, Fig. 2 — the wetting shaft in cross-section, and Fig. 3 — the unwinding unit. The spool 1 of the winding unit, mounted in the journals, is driven at a constant speed and the glass fabric 5 together with the spacer mesh 4 is wound on it, while the glass fabric roll 3 and the spacer mesh roll 2 are braked. The shaft 15 is hollow at both ends and separated by a partition 13, and near the shaft journals 15 perforated discs 11 and palisade rims 12 are mounted, between which radial holes x are made in the shaft 15. /2 93 275 On the shaft 15, on which the spool 1 with fabric 5 and the spacer mesh A is slid, a polyethylene foil sleeve 9 is placed, which is tightly pressed to the spool journals 15 by means of clamps 14. In the hollow of the shaft 15 axis, plugs 10 are pressed, to which transparent tubes 8 connected to the vacuum pump 6 and the pressure pump 7 are attached. The spool 1 with fabric 5, prepared for saturation, is mounted in a stand so that the shaft 15 is positioned vertically. In the presented device, saturation is carried out in a known way of evenly distributing the resin using the pressure pump 7 until the resin appears in the transparent tube 8 connecting the vacuum pump 6. In the winding unit consisting of The spacer mesh 4 is unwinded from the rollers 1, 3 and 18, 20, and the saturated fabric 17 passes through the pressure rollers 16 and is wound onto the roller 20, while simultaneously facing it with the foil 19. The excess resin squeezed out of the saturated glass fabric 17 flows into the tank 21. The device for saturated glass fabric can be used in all branches of the engineering industry using glass fabrics.
