1 przedstawia narzutnik w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 2 — narzutnik w widoku z boku i fig 3 — pólwidok i pólprzekrój wzdluzny narzutnika. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1, 2 i 3 narzutnik wegla sklada sie z korpusu 1, w którym znajduje sie wirnik 2 z zamocowanymi do niego lopatkami 3. PLThe invention concerns a coal thrower, particularly used in boilers with ejector furnaces. A known coal thrower design for ejector furnaces has a double body with an air jacket. Access to the rotor is provided by a hinged cover attached to the ejector body with several screws. The ejector rotor is mounted on a shaft mounted in bearings, the housings of which are screwed directly to the side walls of the ejector body. Known ejectors with a double-walled body experience an intense flow of false air into the ejector, disrupting the ejector's coal discharge process. Furthermore, this design is very labor-intensive to manufacture, both as a welded or cast unit. The design of the cover in known ejectors creates many difficulties in closing it, especially when the ejector is filled with coal. Even after thoroughly cleaning the interior of the coal ejector, coal spills onto the hinges from the channel created in the double body when closing the cover. This prevents the cover from being pressed against the body, and the closing operation must be repeated several times, each time cleaning the coal hinges beforehand. Opening and closing the cover is also complicated by the need to loosen and tighten several screws securing it to the body. Bearings bolted directly to the side walls of the housing, if there is no cooling water supply, are rapidly heated by the walls of the ejector body. This causes the grease in the bearings to melt and overheat, reducing their durability. This solution also favors the ingress of coal dust into the bearing, despite the use of labyrinth seals, which also shortens its service life. The disadvantages of the known coal thrower are eliminated by the solution according to the invention, in which the thrower has a single-walled body and bearing housings, spaced apart from the body and mounted independently. The thrower body is closed by a cover attached at the bottom by the cooperating edges of the body and cover, and secured at the top by wedges passing through holes in the body's risers. The upper part of the cover has projections located in the axes of the body's risers, facilitating the removal of the wedges. A gap is created around the rotor shaft in the side walls of the body. The use of a single-walled body in the thrower according to the invention eliminates false airflow within the body, ensuring that the coal discharge process through the thrower is uninterrupted. The independent mounting of the bearing housing simplifies the installation of the rotor shaft, allows for a simpler and easier-to-manufacture housing, and eliminates premature bearing wear due to overheating. Furthermore, air suction through the gaps in the side walls of the body around the rotor shaft effectively prevents any contaminants from entering the bearings and additionally cools the bearings. The design of the cover, its mounting, and the use of the opening and closing method according to the invention significantly facilitate the operation of the thrower. The invention will be explained in more detail in the example embodiment. shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the thrower in cross-section, Fig. 2 — the thrower in side view and Fig. 3 — half-view and half-longitudinal section of the thrower. As shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 3, the coal thrower consists of a body 1 in which there is a rotor 2 with blades 3 attached to it. The rotor 2 is mounted on a shaft 10, mounted in bearings 4, mounted in housings 5. The body 1 is closed with a cover 6, which is attached at the bottom by means of the cooperating edges of the body 1 and the cover 6. From the top, the cover 6 is fixed by means of wedges 7, which enter the holes made in the risers 8 of the thrower body 1 and press the upper edge of the cover 6 to the thrower body 1. The removal of the wedges 7 to open the cover 6 is facilitated by projections 9, which are provided on the cover 6 below the lever 8, enabling the wedges 7 to be lifted. The housings 5 of the bearings 4 are mounted independently and spaced from the body 1 by a certain distance. A gap is created around the shaft 10 of the rotor 2, in the side walls of the body 1, through which air is sucked into the interior of the body 1 of the thrower.
