BUTELK A Przedmiotem - wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce znajdujaca zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym jako opakowanie srodków plynnych, do magazynowania, transportowania i przechowywania dowolnych plynów. Istote rozwiazania stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie butelki, ukladzie linii i wlasciwosciach estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i góry. fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - butelke w przekroju poprzecznym w przyblizeniu polowy jej wysokosci, a fig. 4 - butelke w widoku od spodu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego butelki jest to, ze korpus ma ksztalt splaszczonej bryly o eliptycznym zarysie dna, lukowatych wypuklych bokach z wyoblonymi narozami i krawedziami oraz scianka szyjkowa ograniczajacej butelke od góry uformowana w postaci kopuly z usytuowana po srodku cylindryczna nagwintowana szyjka, pod która w czesci przedniej i tylnej sciany szyjkowej znajduja sie jednakowe rowkowe wypuklosci zanikajace na sciankach bocznych przy podstawie i owalnym otworze, przy czym bezposrednio od szyjki a pomiedzy tymi rowkami na wypuklym boku znajduje sie wypukly pas zanikajacy w polowie scianki. Sciana przednia i tylna butelki przebiegajaca pionowo posiada w poblizu dna i scianki szyjkowej stylizowana wypuklosc, przechodzaca w krawedz, która laczy scinke przednia i tylna z lukowatymi sciankami bocznymi, oraz scianka szyjkowa. The essence of the solution is a new form of the object, manifested in the bottle's shape, line arrangement, and aesthetic properties. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective views from the front, side, and top; Fig. 2 shows the bottle in side view; Fig. 3 shows the bottle in cross-section at approximately half its height; and Fig. 4 shows the bottle in bottom view. An essential feature of the industrial design of the bottle is that the body has the shape of a flattened solid with an elliptical bottom outline, arched convex sides with rounded corners and edges, and the neck wall limiting the bottle from the top is formed in the form of a dome with a cylindrical threaded neck located in the middle, under which in the front and rear part of the neck wall there are identical grooved convexities disappearing on the side walls at the base and oval opening, and directly from the neck and between these grooves on the convex side there is a convex band disappearing in the middle of the wall. The front and rear walls of the bottle, running vertically, have a stylized bulge near the bottom and neck wall, transitioning into an edge that connects the front and rear walls with the arcuate side walls and the neck wall. In the area of the front and rear walls, closer to the arcuate-concave side and neck walls, there is a concavity at the height of which there is an oval opening with an arcuate handle, constituting the side wall connecting the front, rear, and neck walls in the upper part of the bottle, and the front and rear walls at the base of the body, approximately 1/2 of its height.
