BUTELK A Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona jako opakowanie do przechowywania plynnych produktów spozywczych, a w szczególnosci soków i wody mineralnej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Butelka wedlug wzoru posiada znamienne uksztaltowanie powierzchni dajace oryginalny efekt przestrzenny. Butelka jest wykonana z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia widok butelki z boku, Fig. 2 widok z góry, a Fig. 3 zaznaczony przekrój A - A *Butelka jak to zaznaczono na rysunku Fig. 1 posiada: dno I , cylindryczna powierzchnie boczna 2 , która sklada sie z czterech cylindrycznych segmentów przedzielonych obwodowymi rowkami, kulista kopule 3 cylindrycznej powierzchni bocznej 2 , dwusegmentowa powierzchnie boczna 4 i odwrócona kulista kopule 5 , która przechodzi w kopule zwienczajaca 6 zakonczona szyjka 7 wyposazona w gwint. W celu pelniejszej identyfikacji dwusegmentowej powierzchni bocznej 4 na rysunku Fig. 3 pokazano przekrój powierzchni A - A w miejscu zaznaczonym na Fig. 1 jako A. Cecha znamienna dwusegmentowej powierzchni bocznej 4 jest jej symetrycznosc pozioma wzgledem segmentów. Kuliste kopuly 3 i 5 posiadaja ten sam promien powierzchni bocznej i sa symetryczne poziomo wzgledem segmentów. Powierzchnia boczna kopuly zwienczajacej 6 utworzona jest z dwunastu prawoskretnych karbów, spiralnie zwezajacych sie i splaszczajacych sie ku górze, tak ja k to pokazano na rysunku Fig.2. Srodkowa czterosegmentowa powierzchnia boczna 2, sluzy do •umieszczania na niej etykiety zawierajacej m.in. dane identyfikujace producenta oraz zawartosc butelki. Etykieta moze byc wykonana z papieru lub tworzywa sztucznego. Wszystkie krawedzie przejscia pomiedzy poszczególnymi segmentami powierzchni bocznej sa wykonane w postaci luków co powoduje, ze w dotyku butelka nie powoduje wrazenia ostrosci dla rak. BOTTLE The subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended as packaging for liquid food products, particularly juices and mineral water. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and surfaces. The bottle, as designed, has a distinctive surface shape that creates an original three-dimensional effect. The bottle is made of transparent plastic. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the bottle, Fig. 2 a top view, and Fig. 3 a marked cross-section A-A *The bottle, as marked in Fig. 1, has: a bottom I, a cylindrical side surface 2, which consists of four cylindrical segments separated by circumferential grooves, a spherical dome 3 of the cylindrical side surface 2, a two-segment side surface 4 and an inverted spherical dome 5, which passes into a crowning dome 6 terminating in a neck 7 provided with a thread. For a more complete identification of the two-segment side surface 4, Fig. 3 shows a cross-section of surface A-A in the place marked as A in Fig. 1. A characteristic feature of the two-segment side surface 4 is its horizontal symmetry with respect to the segments. Spherical domes 3 and 5 have the same side surface radius and are horizontally symmetrical with respect to the segments. The side surface of the crowning dome 6 is formed of twelve right-handed notches, spirally tapering and flattening upward, as shown in Figure 2. The central four-segment side surface 2 is used to affix a label containing, among other things, data identifying the manufacturer and the bottle's contents. The label can be made of paper or plastic. All transition edges between the individual side surface segments are arc-shaped, which means that the bottle does not feel sharp to the touch.
