Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uchwyt do mocowania konca rury w scianie, zaopatrzony w lacznik i pier¬ scien zaciskowy, w które wsuwa sie koniec rury.W znanym uchwycie tego rodzaju pierscien zaciskowy ma ostra krawedz wewnetrzna, która wrzyna sie w koniec rury podczas zaciskania w laczniku pierscienia zaciskowego. Tego rodzaju zabezpieczenie przed wycia¬ gnieciem z lacznika znajduje zastosowanie przede wszystkim w miekkich przewodach rurowych, w mniejszym stopniu jednak nadaje sie do rur metalowych. W przypadku obluzowania sie polaczenia koniec rury ulega uszkodzeniu na skutek naciec dokonanych ostra krawedzia i w razie ewentualnego wielokrotnego laczenia nie uzyskuje sie juz dobrego zabezpieczenia przed wyciagnieciem rury.Zadaniem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie powyzszych wad przez opracowanie prostego i pewnego w dzia¬ laniu uchwytu do mocowania w scianie rur z róznych materialów.Zadanie to zostalo rozwiazane wedlug wynalazku w ten sposób, iz pierscien zaciskowy i lacznik tworza razem pierscieniowy rowek, w którym jest osadzony pierscien uszczelniajacy tak, iz na koncówke rury dziala sila zaciskowa.Przedmiot wynalazku jest wyjasniony na przykladzie wykonania pokazanym na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt do mocowania rury w przekroju a fig. 2 - przekrój wedlug linii II—II z fig. 1.Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku, w otwór 18a wykonany w scianie 3, wsuniety jest pierscieniowy lacznik 20 zaopatrzony w kolnierz 19.
