Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kratka przeznaczona do zamykania i przeslaniania otworów wentylacyjnych. W opisanej nizej postaci moga byc z powodzeniem wytwarzane kratki o róznych rozmiarach. Oryginalna cecha przedmiotowej kratki rózniaca ja od dotychczas znanych wzorów kratek jest jej wyszukany ksztalt, cechy linii oraz forma uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiotowy wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia kratke podstawowa w widoku ukosnie z przodu, a fig.2 - przedstawia odmiane kratki. Kratka wentylacyjna pokazana na rysunku fig.l charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac kolowej ramki. Na jej powierzchni zewnetrznej, w regularnych odstepach, wystepuja poziome, równolegle wzgledem siebie i przedzielone poziomymi szczelinami listwy, z których czesc przypomina drobne zaluzje, natomiast pozostala czesc ma postac ulozonych parami i przedzielonych szczelina, nieco grubszych poziomych listew wysunietych nieco na zewnatrz. Na wewnetrznej, tylnej powierzchni kratki wentylacyjnej, umieszczony zostal pierscien osadzany w otworze wentylacyjnym. Pierscien na swojej powierzchni posiada wydzielone szczelinami zaczepy blokujace. Kratka wentylacyjna pokazana na ilustracji fig.2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac kolowej ramki, przy czym jej obwód jest wiekszy od obwodu kratki podstawowej. Na jej powierzchni zewnetrznej, w wiekszej ilosci niz w kratce podstawowej, w regularnych odstepach, wystepuja poziome, równolegle wzgledem siebie i przedzielonepoziomymi szczelinami listwy. Grilles of various sizes can be successfully manufactured in the form described below. The unique feature of this grille, distinguishing it from previously known grille designs, is its sophisticated shape, linear features, and surface contours. The subject industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the basic grille in an oblique front view, and Fig. 2 shows a variant of the grille. The ventilation grille shown in Fig. 1 is characterized by its circular frame shape. On its outer surface, at regular intervals, there are horizontal slats, parallel to each other and separated by horizontal slots. Some of these slats resemble small blinds, while the rest are arranged in pairs and separated by a slot, slightly thicker horizontal slats protruding slightly outward. On the inner, rear surface of the ventilation grille, a ring is placed that fits into the ventilation opening. The ring has slotted locking hooks on its surface. The ventilation grille shown in Fig. 2 is characterized by its circular frame shape, with its circumference greater than that of the basic grille. On its outer surface, in greater numbers than in the basic grille, at regular intervals, there are horizontal slats, parallel to each other and separated by horizontal slots. Some of them resemble small blinds, while the rest are slightly thicker horizontal slats arranged in pairs and separated by a slot, extending slightly outward. On the inner, rear surface of the ventilation grille, a ring is placed that fits into the ventilation opening. The ring's surface has slotted locking hooks. The essential feature of the ventilation grille shown in Fig. 2 is that: - it has the form of a circular frame, wherein - its circumference is greater than the circumference of the basic grille, - on its external surface, in greater numbers than in the basic grille, at regular intervals, there are horizontal slats, parallel to each other and separated by horizontal slots, but - some of them resemble small blinds, - while the remaining part has the form of slightly thicker horizontal slats arranged in pairs and separated by a slot, protruding slightly outwards.
