Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, stanowiacego butelke, przejawiajaca sie stylizowanym ksztaltem pochwy szabli, stanowiaca objetosc dla plynu, wraz ze stylizowana rekojescia szabli zawierajaca na koncu zamkniecie wewnetrznej objetosci, posiadajaca charakterystyczny zarys pochwy o poprzecznym obrysie stylizowanej elipsy, a na górnej i dolnej krawedzi ozdobny pas zawierajacy szereg wypuklych pogrubien oraz w poblizu rekojesci zewnetrzne i poprzeczne wzglediem pochwy stylizowane wydluzone elementy walcowe wsparcia dloni na uchwycie, z których jeden jest usytuowany w górnej czesci, a dwa usytuowane w dolnej czesci, stanowiace wsparcie pochwy, a koniec pochwy posiada zarys stylizowanego walca z zakonczeniem o postaci kuli. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonana ze szkla, ceramiki lub tworzywa sztucznego, uwidoczniona na zalaczonym rysunku, zawiera istotn e cechy przejawiajace sie na tym, ze ma stylizowany ksztalt pochwy szabli, stanowiaca objetosc dla plynu, wraz ze stylizowana rekojescia szabli zawierajaca na koncu zamkniecie wewnetrznej objetosci oraz charakterystyczny zarys pochwy o poprzecznym obrysie stylizowana elipsy, a na górna i dolna krawedzi pochwy ozdobny pas zawierajacy szereg wypuklych pogrubien oraz w poblizu rekojesci zewnetrzne i poprzeczne wzgledem pochwy stylizowane wydluzone elementy walcowe wsparcia dloni na uchwycie, z których jeden jest usytuowany w górnej czesci, a dwa usytuowane w dolnej czesci i stanowiace wsparcie pochwy, a koniec pochwy posiada zarys stylizowanego walca z zakonczeniem o postaci kuli. Butelka wykonywana jest w róznych wielkosciach dla róznych pojemnosci i posiada obly ksztalt, przy czym kolor powierzchni butelki jest zalezny od barwy umieszczanego plynu.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLThe industrial design is a bottle intended for beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the industrial design's novelty and originality lies in the new form of the bottle, manifested by the stylized shape of a saber scabbard, providing a volume for the liquid, along with a stylized saber hilt containing a closure at the end of the inner volume. It has a distinctive scabbard outline with a stylized ellipse across its transverse contour, and a decorative band on the upper and lower edges containing a series of convex bulges. Near the hilt, external and transverse to the scabbard, are stylized elongated cylindrical hand support elements on the handle. One is located in the upper section and two are located in the lower section, providing support for the scabbard. The end of the scabbard has the outline of a stylized cylinder with a spherical tip. The industrial design may be reproduced using any technique while retaining the bottle's characteristic properties. The industrial design, consisting of a bottle, is illustrated in the attached drawing, which includes Fig. 1, a frontal and side view of a bottle in the form of a stylized saber, from the cylindrical end with a ball, showing the saber's scabbard, which is the container part and has the transverse outline of a stylized ellipse, and on the upper and lower edges a decorative band containing a series of convex bulges, as well as stylized elongated elements located near the hilt in the upper and lower parts, which in the lower parts constitute scabbard support elements. The bottle, according to the industrial design, made of glass, ceramics or plastic, shown in the attached drawing, has significant features manifested in the fact that it has a stylized shape of a saber scabbard, constituting a volume for the liquid, together with a stylized saber hilt containing at the end a closure of the internal volume and a characteristic outline of the scabbard with a transverse outline of a stylized ellipse, and on the upper and lower edges of the scabbard a decorative band containing a series of convex thickenings and near the hilt, external and transverse to the scabbard, stylized elongated cylindrical elements supporting the hand on the handle, one of which is located in the upper part and two located in the lower part and constituting support for the scabbard, and the end of the scabbard has the outline of a stylized cylinder with a ball-shaped ending. The bottle is made in different sizes for different capacities and has a rounded shape, and the color of the bottle surface depends on the color of the liquid placed in it. Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PL
