PL PLThe invention concerns a device for automatically replenishing gas losses in pressure vessels filled with liquid and gas, used in industrial installations, particularly in water supply systems equipped with hydrophore tanks. Piston compressors are most often used to replenish gas losses in pressure vessels filled with liquid and gas. The compressor is connected to the pressure vessel by a flexible hose, and a check valve and a shut-off valve are mounted on the hose. After checking the liquid level and gas pressure in the vessel, the compressor is turned on for a specified period of time and the excess liquid is released from the vessel. The use of compressors causes noisy operation of devices equipped with pressure vessels and also requires frequent monitoring of the liquid level and pressure in the pressure vessel. The gas volume in the tank is regulated by the device operator, which poses difficulties in automating the process of replenishing gas losses. The invention concerns a device for automatically replenishing gas losses in pressure tanks cooperating with at least one supply pump. The device according to the invention consists of an injector whose suction fluid port is connected to an aeration and venting valve, and whose discharge port is connected to the pump's suction port. The pump's discharge port is connected to the injector's working fluid inlet port via a diaphragm valve. The diaphragm valve is connected to two float valves installed on the wall of the pressure tank. In another solution of the device according to the invention, instead of the diaphragm valve, a solenoid valve is used, which is controlled by a control system, connected to the motor driving the supply pump and to two contacts cooperating with the magnetic float. The main technical advantage resulting from the use of the device according to the invention is the full automation of the process of replenishing gas losses in pressure tanks filled with liquid and gas, without the need to disconnect the installation supplied with liquid from the tank. The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in examples of embodiments, where Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a device for automatic replenishing of air losses in a hydrophore tank, and Fig. 2 — a schematic diagram of the device controlled Example I. The device according to the invention consists of a water-air ejector 1, the discharge port of which is connected to the suction port of the pump 2, which supplies the hydrophore tank 3. The discharge port of the pump 2 is connected through a diaphragm valve 4, open under pressure, to the water inlet port of the ejector 1, while the air inlet port of the ejector 1 is connected to a ball, aeration and venting valve 5. The diaphragm valve 4 is connected by flexible pipes 6 to two float valves 7 and 8, which are installed on the wall of the hydrophore tank 3. The draining, float valve 7 is mounted above the maximum permissible water level in the hydrophore tank 3, while the double-headed, float valve 8 is installed below minimum permissible water level in the hydrophore tank 3, but above the outlet connector 9 of the hydrophore tank 3. The loss of air in the hydrophore tank 3 causes the water level to rise above the maximum permissible level. This causes the drain float valve 7 to open and the pressure in tank 3 to be transferred to the diaphragm valve 4. The diaphragm valve 4 is opened and after pump 2 is switched on, part of the water pumped into tank 3 flows through the injector 1. The injector 1 sucks in air through the ball valve 5, which together with the water creates a water-air emulsion, which is pumped to the suction port of pump 2. Part of the emulsion is pumped by pump 2 into tank 3, where the air separates from the water, and part of it into the injector 1. This process continues until the water level in tank 3 is reduced to the minimum permissible level. In this state, the double-head float valve 8 is activated. One of the valve 8 discs opens the flexible pipe 6, which causes the pressure in the pipe 6 to drop and the diaphragm valve 4 to close. When the water level in tank 3 drops below the minimum permissible level, the second float valve 8 disc opens and the excess air in tank 3 is expelled. This prevents uncontrolled air flow into the water supply system supplied from tank 3. Example II. The device according to the invention consists of a water-air ejector 1, the discharge port of which is connected to the suction port of the pump 2 feeding the hydrophore tank 3. The discharge port of the pump 2 is connected to an electromagnetic valve 10, which is also connected to the water inlet port of the ejector 1. The winding of the electromagnetic valve 10 is connected to a control system 11, which is connected to an electric motor 12 driving the pump 2. The hydrophore tank 3 is equipped with a water gauge 13, inside which a magnetic float 14 is placed. Two electric contacts 15, 16 are placed on the water gauge 13, connected to the control system 11. One contact 15 is placed above the maximum permissible water level in the hydrophore tank 3, and the other Contact 16 is located below the minimum permissible water level in tank 3. Contacts 1 and 16 are connected to control system 11. Air loss in hydrophore tank 3 causes the water level to rise above the maximum permissible level. Magnetic float 14 closes contact 15 and activates control system 11, which sends an impulse to solenoid valve 10 and to motor 12 driving pump 2. Solenoid valve 10 opens, and pump 2 pumps water into tank 3. Opening valve 10 causes further operation of the device, identical to example 1. Lowering the water level in tank 3 below the minimum permissible level closes the second contact 16 and closes solenoid valve 10.
