Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z etykieta butelki posiadajaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie plynnych produktów spozywczych, a w szczególnosci napoi bezalkoholowych i soków owocowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Butelka posiada swoiste uksztaltowanie powierzchni dajace oryginalny efekt przestrzenny. Etykieta posiada swoisty i oryginalny wystrój graficzno-kolorystyczny, ma postac folii samoprzylepnej. Etykieta butelki ma postac folii samoprzylepnej scisle przylegajacej do calej powierzchni segmentu górnego korpusu butelki podkreslajac wyraznie jej oryginalne walory ksztaltowe. Istotna cecha wzoru przemyslowego jest wystrój graficzny przedstawiajacy tlo etykiety utworzone z fantazyjnie rozmieszczonych owoców i ich pokrojonych czesci w oryginalnej gamie kolorystycznej nadajacej im walor swiezosci, a w centralnej czesci etykiety jest pasmowy obszar z napisem: TYMBARK, przy czym pasmowy obszar usytuowany jest na wycinku wstegi z napisem w górnej czesci cyfr: 1936, zas w dolnej czesci wsparty jest na stylizowanym owocu z listkiem. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a bottle label used as packaging for liquid food products, particularly soft drinks and fruit juices. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The bottle has a unique surface shape that creates an original three-dimensional effect. The label has a unique and original graphic and color scheme and is in the form of a self-adhesive foil. The bottle label is a self-adhesive foil that adheres tightly to the entire surface of the upper segment of the bottle body, clearly emphasizing its unique shape. A significant feature of the industrial design is the shape of the body, formed by a lower segment with a side surface profiled with elements with regular annular outlines and an upper segment with a side surface composed of two cones cut on both sides. The bottle body has a distinct narrowing between the two segments and is topped with a threaded neck. A significant feature of the industrial design is the graphic decoration depicting the label background composed of fancifully arranged fruit and its sliced parts in an original color range, giving them a freshness. In the central part of the label is a banded area with the inscription: TYMBARK. The banded area is located on a section of a ribbon with the inscription at the top of the numerals: 1936, while in the lower part it is supported by a stylized fruit with a leaf.
