Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa oslonowa, przeznaczona zwlaszcza do ochrony krawedzi schodów. Znane sa listwy oslonowe o zarysie zblizonym do katownika mocowane w poblizu krawedzi schodów. Nowosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w. jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny listwy, fig. 2 widok perspektywiczny pierwszej odmiany, a fig. 3 - widok perspektywiczny drugiej odmiany wzoru Cechy charakterystyczne wzoru przemyslowego: Listwa oslonowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada dwa równolegle kanaly o zarysie litery T, oddzielone stopka, sluzace do umieszczenia lba kolka mocujacego, natomiast stopki posiadaja wzdluzne zaglebienia umozliwiajace umieszczenie w nich kleju, jak przedstawiono na rysunku, fig. 1. Odmiana listwy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wyposazona jest w trzy równolegle kanaly o zarysie litery T, jak przedstawiono na rysunku, fig. 2 . Protective strips with an outline similar to a corner bracket and mounted near the edge of the stairs are known. The novelty of the industrial design is evident in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the strip, Fig. 2 a perspective view of the first variant, and Fig. 3 a perspective view of the second variant. Characteristic features of the industrial design: The protective strip is characterized by having two parallel T-shaped channels, separated by a foot, for accommodating the head of the mounting pin. The feet have longitudinal recesses for placing glue, as shown in Fig. 1. This variant of the strip is characterized by having three parallel T-shaped channels, as shown in Fig. 2.
