The container, closed with a lid, has a shape similar to an octagon when viewed from the front. The lid's rim is rounded and tightly overlaps the corresponding bulge in the container's upper rim. The graphic design on the lid, a bounded geometric figure similar to an octagon, features an image of pink ice cream scoops with dark pink spots and an image of glass goblets with cherry-colored interior fillings. Above the image of the ice cream scoops is the word "Cherry" written in white letters on a red stripe, the inscription "GARDEN PARTY" in capital white letters with black underlining, enclosed between rounded lines, and the applicant's trademark with the inscription "ice-mastiy." The background of the inscription "GARDEN PARTY" and the trademark is brown, fading to dark brown. The second variant of the design, the essential features of which are shown in Figures 2 and 5, is a container with a black surface, marked with the applicant's trademark and the inscription "GARDEN PARTY Malibu". The container closed with a lid, in a frontal view, has a shape similar to an octagon. The rim of the lid is rounded and overlaps tightly with the corresponding thickening of the upper rim of the container. The graphic design on the container lid, a limited geometric figure similar to an octagon, contains a drawing of cream-colored ice cream scoops with light brown spots and a drawing of glass cups with a cream-colored interior filling with dark brown spots. Above the drawing of ice scoops is the word "Malibu" written in white letters on a red stripe, the inscription "GARDENPARTY" written in capital white letters with black underlining, contained between rounded lines, and the applicant's trademark with the inscription "ice-mastry." The background of the inscription "GARDEN PARTY" and the trademark is brown, fading into dark brown. The design in the third variation, the essential features of which are shown in Figs. 3 and 6, is a container with a black surface, marked with the applicant's trademark and the inscription "GARDEN PARTY Whisky." The container, closed with a lid, has a shape similar to an octagon in the frontal view. The rim of the lid is rounded and overlaps tightly with the corresponding thickening of the upper rim of the container. The graphic design on the lid of the container, a limited geometric figure similar to an octagon, contains an image of orange ice scoops with light orange spots and an image of glass cups with orange and dark orange filling inside. Above the image of the ice scoops is the word "Whisky" written in white letters on a red stripe, the inscription "GARDEN PARTY" written in capital letters in white with black underlines, contained between rounded lines, and the brand's logo with the inscription "ice-mastry".
