Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest dysza palnika plazmowego do natrysku materialami, zwlaszcza niskotopliwy¬ mi o temperaturze topnienia ponizej 1200°C, takimi jak organiczne tworzywa sztuczne, materialy nieorganiczne, np. niskotopliwe emalie szkliste oraz metale i stopy.Stan techniki. Doprowadzenie gazów ochronnych zapobiega niekorzystnym procesom chemicz¬ nym, które moglyby zachodzic w materiale natryskiwanym, natomiast gazy reagujace doprowadzane moga byc celem prowadzenia reakcji plazmowo — chemicznych.Objasnienie rysunku. Dysza palnika plazmowego wedlug wynalazku zostala uwidoczniona w przyklado¬ wym wykonaniu na rysunku w przekroju osiowym.Przyklad wykonania wynalazku. PL PLThe invention concerns a plasma torch nozzle for spraying materials, particularly low-melting materials with a melting point below 1200°C, such as organic plastics, inorganic materials, e.g., low-melting vitreous enamels, and metals and alloys. Background of the Invention: A known and used plasma torch nozzle consists of a cylinder made of copper, terminated with a flange on the plasma torch side, containing a centrally located plasma gas channel surrounded by channels for the flow of nozzle cooling water. Due to the significant concentration of thermal energy, nozzles of this type are used exclusively in spraying processes with high-melting materials. The essence of the invention. In the plasma torch nozzle according to the invention, the plasma gas channel at the outlet end is terminated by a chamber, preferably conical in shape, which is releasably or permanently connected to the nozzle cylinder. The chamber is located in a housing provided with gas inlet channels and is surrounded by a jacket constituting a gas reservoir. The plasma torch nozzle according to the invention, thanks to the deconcentration of thermal energy, enables the spraying of low-melting materials, which has not been possible with known nozzle designs. Another advantage of the invention is the use of a gas shield of protective or reactive gases in the nozzle outlet. The supply of protective gases prevents unfavorable chemical processes that could occur in the sprayed material, while the supplied reactive gases can be used to conduct plasma-chemical reactions. Explanation of drawing. The plasma torch nozzle according to the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing in axial cross-section. Exemplary embodiment of the invention. Cylinder 1 made of copper is terminated on the plasma torch side with a flange 2 and is provided internally with a plasma gas channel 3 surrounded by channels 4 for the flow of cooling water. The plasma gas channel 3 at the outlet ends with a cone-shaped chamber 5, which is placed in a housing 6 provided with channels 7 for the introduction of gases and terminated with a jacket 8 constituting a gas reservoir. The operation of the nozzle according to the invention is as follows. Plasma gas flowing through the plasma gas channel 3 in the chamber 5 expands, which deconcentrates the thermal energy. The protective or reacting gas in the jacket 8 flows through channels 7 into the chamber 5. PL PL
