Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy wykonane w ksztalcie woreczka z folii celofanowej, folii polietylenowej itp. materialów opakowaniowych. Nowa postac wzoru i indywidualny jej charakter przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz ukladzie kolorystyczno-graficznym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 i 3 przedstawiaja sciane frontowa opakowania w wersji czarno-bialej i oryginalnej wersji kolorystycznej w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 i 4 - sciane tylna tego samego opakowania w wersji czarno-bialej i oryginalnej wersji kolorystycznej w widoku z tylu, przy czym celem uwidocznienia bialej ramki wokól przezroczystego pola pole to zostalo przysloniete ciemnym tlem, nie podlegajacym ochronie. Opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy ma ksztalt prostokatnego woreczka foliowego, którego sciana frontowa ma przezroczysta czesc srodkowa o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami i wkleslym górnym bokiem, otoczona nadrukowana ramka w kolorze bialym o takim samym profilu jak wspomniana czesc przezroczysta. Pozostala powierzchnia sciany frontowej opakowania ma tlo niebieskie, rozjasnione do bladoniebieskiego wzdluz pionowych boków ramki bialej oraz boku wkleslego tej ramki. Z kolei, na tle górnego niebieskiego boku, jego rozjasnienia bladoniebieskiego, wkleslego boku bialej ramki i czesciowo na górnej przezroczystej czesci sciany frontowej opakowania znajduje sie nadrukowany motyw ozdobny przedstawiajacy stylizowane przylegajace do siebie glowy dwojga dzieci: chlopczyka i dziewczynki, o profilu zblizonym do kól z czarna obwódka, twarzami w kolorze rózowym i jego odcieni, wlosami jasnobrazowymi u chlopczyka i zóltymi u dziewczynki, z szeroko otwartymi oczyma. Dolne czesci glów dzieci przysloniete sa bialym pólokregiem otoczonym fioletowa ramka, na tle którego znajduja sie dwa elementy o profilu zblizonym do kwadratów w kolorze czerwonym z waskimi elementami zielonymi, a ponizej wspomnianych glów dzieciecych na tle bladoniebieskim i przezroczystym znajduje sie napis „Cytruski" wykonany lukowo stylizowanymi literami w kolorze czerwonym, którego litery otoczone sa obustronnie obwódkami bialymi. W poblizu górnych zaokraglonych narozy na tle lukowej bialej ramki znajduja sie dwa elementy ozdobne, z których jeden stanowi imitacje przekrojonej cytryny w kolorze bialo-zóltym, na tle którego umieszczone sa elementy trójkatne w kolorze czerwonym z zóltymi punktami na ich tle, przy czym element imitujacy cytryne umieszczony jest w owijce z dwoma kokardkami w kolorze szarym z bialymi pasmami, natomiast drugi element ozdobny umieszczony w analogicznej owijce ma ksztalt bialego kola otoczonego czerwona obwódka, na tle którego znajduje sie rysunek imitujacy jablko w kolorze zielonym. Poza tym, na niebieskim górnym tle sciany frontowej opakowania nad glowami dzieciecymi znajduja sie elementy kuliste o zróznicowanych srednicach nierównomiernie rozmieszczone, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 3. Z kolei, tlo sciany tylnej opakowania ozdobnego pokazane na fig. 2 i 4 pozbawione nadruku ozdobnego, jaki posiada sciana frontowa, stanowi lustrzane odbicie tla jego scianyfrontowej z tym, ze czesc przezroczysta jest nieco skrócona tak, ze górny wklesly bok jej bialej ramki jest nieco obnizony wzgledem górnego wkleslego boku ramki czesci przezroczystej sciany frontowej, w wyniku czego wklesly przezroczysty bok tej sciany przyslania bladoniebieski wklesly bok sciany tylnej opakowania. W górnej czesci sciany tylnej opakowania znajduje sie napis „Cytruski" wykonane analogicznie, jak na scianie frontowej, a naprzeciw niego z prawej strony logo „ASTRA slodycze" umieszczone na zóltym eliptycznym polu. Poza tym, na scianie tylnej opakowania znajduja sie napisy informacyjne o producencie i produkcie umieszczonym w tym opakowaniu oraz kod kreskowy, nie podlegajace ochronie. Ponadto, w górnej srodkowej czesci opakowania, nad glowami dzieciecymi na scianie frontowej, znajduje sie otwór przelotowy o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata z zaokraglonymi krótszymi jego bokami oraz górnym dluzszym bokiem przechodzacym w srodkowej czesci w wyoblenie pólkoliste, spelniajacy funkcje uchwytu opakowania. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonane w dowolnych kolorach i ich odcieniach. The design's novelty and unique character are evident in its shape, line layout, and color and graphic design. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Figures 1 and 3 show the front panel of the package in black and white and the original color version, viewed from the front, and Figures 2 and 4 show the back panel of the same package in black and white and the original color version, viewed from the back. To highlight the white frame surrounding the transparent field, this field has been obscured by a dark, non-protectable background. The sweets' decorative packaging is shaped like a rectangular foil pouch, the front of which has a transparent central section roughly rectangular in shape with rounded corners and a concave top edge, surrounded by a printed white frame with the same profile as the transparent section. The remaining surface of the front of the packaging has a blue background, fading to a pale blue along the vertical sides of the white frame and the concave side of the frame. In turn, against the background of the upper blue side, its pale blue highlight, the concave side of the white frame, and partially on the upper transparent part of the front wall of the packaging is a printed decorative motif depicting the stylized heads of two children, a boy and a girl, adjacent to each other, with profiles resembling circles with black outlines, faces colored pink and its shades, light brown hair in the boy and yellow in the girl, and eyes wide open. The lower parts of the children's heads are obscured by a white semicircle surrounded by a purple frame, against which are two elements with profiles resembling squares in red with narrow green elements. Below the aforementioned children's heads, on a pale blue and transparent background, is the inscription "Cytruski" in an arc of stylized red letters, the letters of which are surrounded on both sides by white outlines. Near the upper rounded corners, against the background of an arched white frame, there are two decorative elements, one of which is an imitation of a cut lemon in white and yellow, against the background of which there are triangular elements in red with yellow dots on their background, the element imitating the lemon being placed in a wrapper with two bows in grey with white stripes, while the second decorative element, placed in a similar wrapper, has the shape of a white circle surrounded by a red border, against the background of which there is a drawing imitating an apple in green. In addition, on the blue upper background of the front wall of the packaging above the children's heads there are spherical elements of different diameters, unevenly distributed, as shown in Figs. 1 and 3. In turn, the background of the back wall of the decorative packaging shown in Figs. 2 and 4, devoid of the decorative print that the front wall has, is a mirror image of the background of its front wall, but the transparent part is slightly shortened so that the upper concave side of its white frame is slightly lowered in relation to the upper concave side of the frame of the transparent part of the front wall, as a result of which the concave transparent side of this wall obscures the pale blue concave side of the back wall of the packaging. The upper part of the back wall of the packaging features the inscription "Cytruski" (Cytruski), similar to the one on the front wall. Opposite it, on the right side, is the "ASTRA slodycze" logo, placed in a yellow elliptical field. Furthermore, the back wall of the packaging features information about the manufacturer and the product contained within, as well as a barcode, which are not subject to protection. Furthermore, in the upper middle part of the packaging, above the children's heads on the front wall, there is a through hole in the shape of a rectangle with rounded shorter sides and the upper long side turning into a semicircular shape in the middle, serving as a handle for the packaging. The packaging, based on the industrial design, can be made in any color and shade. Essential features of the industrial design Decorative packaging for sweets, made in the shape of a bag of cellophane foil, polyethylene foil, etc. packaging materials, shown in illustrative material fig. 1-4 is characterized in that: its front wall has a transparent central part in the shape close to a rectangle with rounded corners and a concave upper side, surrounded by a printed colored frame in the same profile as the aforementioned transparent part, while the remaining surface of the front wall of the packaging has a blue background, lightened to pale blue along the vertical sides of the frame and the concave side of this frame; - in the upper part of the front wall of the packaging there is a printed decorative motif depicting stylized children's heads; - below the children's heads there is the inscription "Cytruski" made in an arc shape in stylized colored letters; - near the upper rounded corners of the frame there are two decorative elements, one of which is an imitation of a cut lemon with decorative elements, and the other is in the shape of a circle with a drawing imitating the fruit in the background; - the background of the back wall of the packaging is a mirror image of the background of its front wall and is devoid of the decorative print that the front wall has; in the upper central part of the packaging there is a profile through hole that serves as a handle for the packaging.
