Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli do jadalni, zwany jadalnia Adaluzja/Lisbona,tfozony ze stolu i krzesel. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i w wygladzie mebli z zestawu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zdjeciu, fig.l. Zestaw mebli zawiera stól jadalny, rozkladany, o krótszych bokach w ksztalcie wypuklego luku. Rama stolu posiada trójkatne ozdobne wyciecia widoczne pod blatem. Wyciecia sa polozone w kazdym narozu przy dluzszym boku stolu, z podstawa trójkata przy nodze stolu i z zaokraglonym wierzcholkiem trójkata, skierowanym do srodka stolu. Nogi stolu o zmiennym ksztalcie na ich dlugosci. Nogi stolu na górnych koncach sa prostopadloscianami, które przechodza w srodkowej czesci nóg w dwa sciete ostroslupy polaczone mniejsza podstawa, tworzac przewezenie w srodkowej czesci nóg stolu. Dolne konce nóg, zaczynajac od wiekszej podstawy drugiego ostroslupa sa skosnie sciete w dól, tworzac krótki zwezony odcinek u dolu nóg. Krzesla z zestawu mebli, drewniane, z wysokim oparciem pleców i z tapicerowanym siedzeniem i z tapicerowanym oparciem pleców, posiadaja nogi przednie, które od góry sa prostopadloscianami. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the shape and appearance of the furniture in the set. The subject of the industrial design is shown in Figure 1. The furniture set includes an extendable dining table with shorter sides in the shape of a convex arc. The table frame has decorative triangular cutouts visible under the tabletop. The cutouts are located at each corner of the longer side of the table, with the base of the triangle at the table leg and the rounded top of the triangle pointing towards the center of the table. The table legs have variable shapes along their length. The table legs are cuboids at their upper ends, which merge into two truncated pyramids at the midpoint of the legs, connected by a smaller base, creating a narrowing in the middle of the table legs. The lower ends of the legs, starting from the larger base of the second pyramid, are beveled downward, creating a short, narrowed section at the bottom of the legs. The chairs from the furniture set, made of wood, with a high backrest and an upholstered seat and backrest, have front legs that are cuboids at the top. The front legs have arc-shaped recesses in the middle, narrowing them. Gentle, concave arcs of the narrowing connect the upper cuboids of the legs with the lower ends of the legs, which are beveled downward. On each side of the chair is a narrow wooden strip connecting the front and rear legs. In the upholstered backrest variant, the chair features a horizontal, unupholstered gap located between the upper edge of the backrest upholstery and the lower edge of the arched wooden panel that forms the upper end of the backrest. On each side of the chair is a narrow wooden strip connecting the front and rear legs. The chairs have an upholstered backrest, positioned within a wooden backrest frame so that there is a horizontal gap without upholstery between the upper side of the backrest upholstery and the lower side of the arched wooden board that forms the upper end of the chair's backrest, as shown in the photo, Fig. 1.
