Fig. 5 przedstawia w powiekszeniu przyklad wykonania zaworu bezpieczenstwa wedlug wynalazku. Zastosowanie regulujacej sruby przed zaworem umozliwia lepsze dopasowa¬ nie zaworu do warunków cisnienia, a wraz z tern i mniejsze zuzycie powierzchni u- szczelniajacej. Fig, 9 przedstawia przyklad wykonania z grzybkiem o jednem siodelku i tlokiem 57 zamiast blony 50. Takie urzadzenie przedstawia fig. 11.W polaczonym z tlokiem glównym grzybku zaworowym 3 jest umieszczony grzybek odciazajacy 59. Polaczenie grzyb¬ ka 59 z tlokiem odbywa sie zapomoca lacz¬ nika 61, umieszczonego na tloczysku 62 o srednicy grzybka zaworu odciazajacego.Glówny jgrzybek zaworowy 3, posiadajacy odpowiednia prowadnice, jest objety wy¬ drazeniem 46 o stozkowatej powierzchni, zwróconej wdól. Tfok miarkujacy tworzy z prowadnica hamownicza przestrzen 9, jak równiez przestrzen 7 (wzglednie 20), celem lagodzenia ruchów grzybka zapomo¬ ca polaczenia przestrzeni 7 z przestrzenia wysokiego cisnienia miarkownika.W pokrywie miarkownika znajduje sie blona 48, uruchomiajaca zawór regulacyjny 45, na która wywiera cisnienie przeplywa¬ jaca przeiz kanal 30 para lub gaz. Zawór 45 zamyka polaczenie pomiedzy przestrze¬ nia, znajdujaca sie nad tlokiem, i kanalem 44, laczacym te przestrzen z wylotem miarkownika. Opisane urzadzenia posiadaja tez te zalete, ze sprawnosc dzialania poszczegól¬ nych cizesci moze byc sprawdzona z latwo¬ scia zapomoca otwarcia otworu w pokrywie zaworu, przcz co nastepuje wydmuch pary, poruszajacej tlok, a wraz z tern i podno¬ szenie sie tloka, W malych zaworach grzy¬ bek zaworu moze stanowic calosc z tlo¬ kiem. Otwory 69 nad siodelkiem trzpienia 68 prowadza do przestrzeni, znajdujacej sie nad tolkiem 64. Blona 67 zostaje podniesiona i unosi trzpien regulu¬ jacy 68. PL PL PLThe present invention relates to pressure regulators which are provided with a piston moved by means of a pressure medium and connected to a valve closing disc. Previously known pressure regulators of this type have the disadvantage that they are not braked at different positions of the piston, as a result of which the valve parts moved by means of the pressure medium constantly oscillate and strike. In regulators in which braking is used, precise operation of the regulator cannot be achieved because closing and opening takes place too late, and, moreover, the pistons, precisely fitted and provided with wide sliding surfaces, are subject to jamming. The invention completely eliminates the above disadvantages by means of an appropriate shape of the valve heads and pistons. Fig. 1 shows an example of a pressure-reducing valve made according to the invention, in vertical cross-section. In the valve casing 1, a guide 2 guiding the piston is placed, in which a precisely fitted piston slides, connected by a rod 4 to the valve head 3. The guide 2 reaches up to the cover half of the shroud and engages with its annular projection in a corresponding recess at the point of contact between the shroud and the cover, so that the seal at this point, or parts of this seal, cannot hinder the piston in its movement. The piston consists of two discs 5, 6, between which and the wall of the piston guide there remains a free space 7, which in each position of the piston is located through holes 8 in the wall of the guide in communication with the valve space with lower pressure. The space 9 between the lower piston disc 5 and the bottom of the guide 2 serves to brake the piston and is located through a small hole 10 (whose cross-section can be adjusted) in connection with the previously mentioned valve space. This arrangement ensures that the same pressure constantly prevails on both sides of the disc 5, ensuring proper braking of the piston at every position. When the valve is used in steam lines, the condensed steam penetrating between the sliding surface of the piston and the guide wall acts as a perfect seal, which cannot escape due to the equal pressure on both sides. To make this seal more effective, it is advisable to provide the sliding surfaces of the piston 6 with annular recesses. This arrangement allows the piston to be provided with narrow sliding surfaces and to fit it loosely to the guide 2. As a result, the areas of the guide subject to abrasion are subject to less wear. It is also possible to dispense with the hole 10 in the bottom of the guide, with the water collecting at the bottom of the guide serving as a braking agent. If the valve is not used to close the steam lines, braking can be achieved by any fluid introduced into the sealing grooves on the sliding surfaces of the piston. In this case, the braking space must be connected to the space 7. The movement of the piston rod can also be braked by means of condensed steam through an annular cavity 26, which is connected by a channel 27 to the pressure reduction space, as a result of which the same pressure as in the braking space is maintained in the piston rod stuffing box. The upper piston disc 6 is provided with holes 12, closed by a spring-loaded poppet 13. If the permissible pressure is exceeded, the poppet 13 is lifted and the excess of the pressure medium flows out of the space 7 through the valve 14. The poppet 13 is recessed into the disc 6, which forms the valve seat, so that between the poppet 13 and the surface of the recess in An annular space 15 is created in the piston disc 6. When the disc 13 rises, the pressure medium flows into the space 15, which facilitates its rapid lifting. Fig. 2 shows another example of the piston design. In this example, two concentric hollow pistons 16, 17 are used, connected by a common piston disc and sliding in a guide 2, 18. A braking space 9 is formed between the outer piston and the guide, and the inner space of the piston 16 is connected through large holes 19 to a space of lower pressure and has a valve 13. The sliding surfaces of the pistons have annular recesses 20, which are in constant communication through holes 8 or 10 with the space of lower pressure, so that the same pressure prevails on both sides of the remaining narrow sliding surfaces and sealing by means of condensed steam is ensured. Due to the use of large holes 19, the piston and the valve head connected to it (are subject to the action of steam particularly quickly, without rocking. To facilitate the lifting of the valve head 13, an annular recess 15 is provided in the valve extension. In the embodiment according to fig. 3, the piston rim 16 slides along the guide walls, and the sealing spaces of both concentric pistons are in constant connection with each other. The braking space 9 is located between the disc of the inner piston and the bottom of its guide. The free space between the two pistons and the guide is connected through large holes 19 with a space with lower pressure, as a result of which the pressure is quickly distributed to the entire surface. The piston 16 moves very quickly when the vapor pressure changes. The bore 21 in the inner piston 16 leads to its annular recess 20, which serves to seal in the manner described above. The embodiment shown in Fig. 4 differs from that shown in Fig. 2 in that the rings of the concentric pistons are arranged on both sides of a common disc, and the guidance of the inner piston takes place in the bottom of the guide of the outer piston. The safety valve 14 can be shaped to achieve rapid lifting, similarly to valve 13. Fig. 5 shows an enlarged example of an embodiment of the safety valve according to the invention. In this example, the disc has a larger diameter than the seat, but the increase in this diameter The diameter is achieved by screwing a ring 23 onto the valve head, which slides freely in the guide of the valve head 22. The guide ring 22 can also be screwed into the valve cover, thanks to which the time it takes for the valve head to rise can be adjusted by adjusting the ring 23 or its guide 22. The safety valve can also be constructed in such a way that the disc 24, which transfers the spring pressure to the valve head and is shown in Fig. 5, is shaped as a disc, sliding in a guide tube 25, screwed into the cover, or as a spring cap. By adjusting this tube, the valve opening speed can be adjusted. If the disc is so configured, loading the valve head, the pressure medium escapes not through the opening 28, but through the opening 29, located above the disc 24. The adjustable parts 22, 23, 25, which regulate the lifting of the valve heads, are easily accessible. The adjustment can be easily carried out using a suitable tool; for this purpose, notches for the tool can be provided on the circumference of these adjustable parts. To regulate the flow of the pressure medium through the channel 30 (Fig. 1) made in the casing, a valve 31 is used, which is spring-loaded by the membrane 32. The valve head 31 (Fig. 6) is connected to a balancing piston 33, which is inserted into guide sleeve 34 and has a threaded extension extending beyond the end of the sleeve, onto which a cap 35 is screwed. The sleeve 34 is removed from the valve cover and held in place by cap 36. After unscrewing caps 35 and 36, the sleeve can be easily removed and replaced. The guide sleeve has an annular recess 37 connected to the channel 30, from the lower end of which holes 38 lead to the valve seat. By placing holes 38 near the valve head, it is possible to use a short rod connecting the valve head 31 with the piston 33, thereby ensuring the durability of this small valve. On the other hand, the steam supply through a larger number of holes 38 ensures a uniform load on the valve head 31. In order to protect the valve against contamination, a strainer 39 is inserted into the annular recess 37, and the cap 36 is provided with small holes 40. A screw 41 is provided to stop and regulate the steam or gas flowing through the channel 30, which, to prevent undesirable adjustment, is recessed in the hole leading to the channel 30, which is closed by the plug 42. The use of a regulating screw upstream of the valve enables better adjustment of the valve to the pressure conditions, and thus also less wear of the sealing surface. In Fig. 7, the pressure regulating valve is shown, with a piston shaped according to the invention, without an additional valve. The cover is provided with a space 43, connected by a channel 30 to a space with high pressure, which acts upwards on the membrane 48, connected to a head 45, closing the channel 44 and having a sealed rod. The head 3 is machined with a tapered ring and provided with a vagina 46 with holes, which directs the center of the piston 1r to the valve head so that this center reaches the head from above and closes it when the pressure decreases. The channel 30 is provided with an adjusting screw 47, by means of which the access of steam to the space 43 is regulated. The regulator shown in Fig. 10 can be used as a check valve. In such a check valve, the piston has all the advantages mentioned. The recess 20 in the piston is in communication through the hole 60 with the space above the piston, as a result of which condensed steam can penetrate to the lower sliding part of the piston and smoothes the movements of the disc in the event of variable action of the conveying medium. As shown in Fig. 8, instead of the piston, a diaphragm 50 can also be used, the excessive bending of which is prevented by resistors 51, which are connected to the diaphragm 50, the piston 52 and the double-resistance disc. 3, which allows the valve to operate even if the diaphragm bursts. When using a double-saddle valve, it is advisable to make the upper saddle larger than the lower one. Piston 52 stops the diaphragm from swinging and is provided with one or more annular sealing recesses. The bottom of the guide 53 is provided with a small opening 54 for connecting the pressure space with the space under the piston 52. Sealing by means of the condensed steam is achieved in the same way as in the previously described piston devices. The space above the diaphragm 50 is connected with the outlet channel 44 by means of a double-saddled valve 45, which is pressed against by a spring-loaded diaphragm 48. The channel 30, which supplies steam under the diaphragm 48, is provided with an adjusting screw 47; Above this screw there is an opening 55 in the channel 30, closed with a screw plug 56. The opening 55 serves to connect the channel 30 to any point in the steam line in order to make the valve operation dependent on the pressure prevailing in that place. Fig. 9 shows an example of the embodiment with a valve head with one saddle and a piston 57 instead of the diaphragm 50. The steam or gas is discharged from the space above the valve 45 through an opening in the rod 58, which connects the piston with the valve head 3. Instead of one described regulating valve, several such valves can be used in the regulator cover, one of which can be closed and opened by means of steam or gas at the inlet to the bottom of the valve, the other by steam or gas supplied from the outlet side. inlet, and then from another place in the steam line. The advantage of the device according to the invention is that it can be used in all types of regulator housings. The piston according to the invention can be used in high-pressure valves and in large-sized valves in which the valve disc is provided with an additional valve relief disc. Such a device is shown in Fig. 11. A relief valve plug 59 is placed in the main valve plug 3, which is connected to the piston. The plug 59 is connected to the piston by means of a connector 61, placed on a piston rod 62 with the same diameter as the relief valve plug. The main valve plug 3, having a suitable guide, is enclosed by a recess 46 with a conical surface facing downwards. The regulating valve forms a space 9 and a space 7 (or 20) with the braking guide to smooth the movements of the valve head by connecting the space 7 with the high pressure space of the regulator. In the regulator cover there is a membrane 48 which activates the control valve 45, which is pressurized by the steam or gas flowing through the channel 30. The valve 45 closes the connection between the space above the piston and the passage 44 connecting this space with the outlet of the regulator. As shown in Fig. 12, two control valves 45' and 45" can be used, the seats of which are placed in the tubular part of the cover. The control valve 45' closes with a diaphragm 48', the upper space located below it being in communication through a closable passage 30 with the valve space below the main disc 3; the second valve 45" opens with a loaded diaphragm 48', the lower space adjacent to the diaphragm being in communication with the space below the main disc 3 through a closable passage 44. If the pressure increases above the load on the diaphragm of the closed valve 45', this valve is raised, the pressure drops above the piston, the piston lifts the small balancing valve 59, which in turn pulls the now unloaded main valve 3 with it. When the pressure drops below the required height, the valve 45' closes, the pressure above the piston becomes equal to the pressure at the valve inlet, the piston with the small valve 59 due to the overpressure moves downwards and leaves the main valve 3. If, however, with the control valve 45' open, i.e. with the main valve 3 raised, the pressure at the valve outlet increases so significantly that it overcomes the load on the valve diaphragm 45" and closes it, the pressure above the valve is equalized. The piston and the main head 3 fall onto the seat. Both in the embodiment according to Fig. 11 and Fig. 12, the channel 30 leading to the diaphragm 48 (or 48') is provided with an adjusting screw 47, and the channel 44 leading from the valve 45 (or from the diaphragm 48") is provided with an adjusting screw 63. By closing the channels 30 and 44, the valve becomes an ordinary valve. Also in this embodiment, there is an opening 55 in the valve cover, closed by a plug 56 and intended to connect the space under the diaphragm 48 with any point in the steam or gas line. Another example is shown in Fig. 13. an embodiment of a control valve in which a different type of piston and cover 46 are used, as well as an opening 55", which connects the space under the diaphragm 48" with any point in the gas or steam discharge pipe. Finally, Fig. 14 shows an embodiment of such a valve in which the control valves 45', 45" are shaped as double-head valves. Instead of two control valves, several such valves can be used, placed in the cover of the regulator. Figs. 15 and 16 show sets of three such valves, on which pressure can be exerted by steam or gas on the inlet and outlet sides of the valve, as well as from another point in the pipe. The described devices also have the advantage that the efficiency of the individual pressures can be easily checked by opening a hole in the valve cover, whereby steam is blown out, moving the piston, and with it the piston is raised. In small valves the valve head may be integral with the piston. Figs. 17-20 show examples of such a valve. The valve head 64, shaped as a valve piston, of the valve shown in Fig. 17 has a larger diameter in its upper guide portion than the valve seat. This head slides along a hollow plug 66 arranged coaxially with the valve head, the hollow 73 of which is closed by a rod 68 moved by a spring-loaded diaphragm 67. Holes 69 above the rod seat 68 lead to a space above the piston 64. This space is in communication with the valve inlet space through holes 71 in the guide 65. The travel of the valve piston is limited by the annular projection 70 of the valve head, which is surrounded by the auxiliary conical surface 46. In the valve embodiment shown in Fig. 18, in which the gas or steam to be regulated initially passes through the piston connected to the valve head, the regulating pin 68 must be rigidly connected to the diaphragm 67. The pin 68 closes the opening in the plug 66 until the steam or gas penetrating through the hole 76 into the space beneath the diaphragm overcomes the load on the valve. Only when the pressure on the inlet side of the valve, and therefore in the space beneath the diaphragm 67, has decreased to a height corresponding to the load on the diaphragm, The regulating rod lowers together with the diaphragm 67 and closes the central cavity 73, and the pressure of the steam or gas increases above the piston to its full height. The steam or gas flowing through the conical guide vane 46 exerts pressure on the main valve head and tends to close it. When steam or gas, as shown in Fig. 19, penetrates under the valve head 64 and the regulating rod is not engaged with the diaphragm 67, the valve head permits the flow of steam or gas until the pressure in the space beneath the diaphragm is higher than the diaphragm load. The diaphragm 67 is raised and lifts the regulating rod 68. Steam or gas enters the space above the piston and closes the main valve head. The conical guide 46, surrounding the valve cone, causes the valve piston to move as the steam passes through, preventing the valve head from striking the seat. For further protection against impact, an annular projection 73 can be used. Instead of supplying steam through the hollow plug, the steam can also be conducted, as shown in Fig. 19, through a channel 74 made in the valve cover and closed by means of a pin 68, after which the steam passes through holes 75 into the space located above the piston. The space located under the membrane 67 is connected by holes 76 with the outlet space of the valve. The valve cover can also be provided, as shown in Fig. 20, with a valve 77, which regulates the pressure in the outlet space of the valve, and is shaped as described previously. By means of a valve head independent of the main valve 6 - * 78 the valve can be closed, which allows for checking of automatically operating parts. PL PL PL
