Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nosnik reklamowy przeznaczony do prezentowania umieszczonych na jego powierzchni róznego rodzaju informacji i reklam. Nosnik reklamowy przeznaczony jest do ustawiania w dowolnym miejscu, zwykle w poblizu ciagów komunikacyjnych, na obrzezach centrów handlowych, stacji benzynowych, czy tez obiektów biurowych. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Nosnik reklamowy w ujeciu schematycznym wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w przykladzie wykonania przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nosnik reklamowy w rzucie prostokatnym, a fig. 2 przedstawia widok podstawy nosnika w przekroju poprzecznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to prostokatna tablica reklamowa z rama, która ma w górnej czesci zamocowana w niewielkiej odleglosci od tablicy listwe na dwóch podpórkach, a przy dolnej krawedzi prostokatna tabliczke, na której umieszczone jest logo producenta, natomiast podstawe nosnika stanowi szeroka, pojedyncza, pionowa podpora o owalnym przekroju poprzecznym, która ma dwa przewezenia - pierwszy na okolo % wysokosci, a drugi w górnej czesci, pod prostokatna tabliczka. Tresc informacyjna lub reklamowa umieszczona jest na tablicy, natomiast górna listwa moze byc wykorzystano do zamocowania oswietlenia.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an advertising medium intended for displaying various types of information and advertisements. The advertising medium is intended for placement anywhere, typically near traffic routes, on the outskirts of shopping centers, gas stations, or office buildings. The novelty of the design is reflected in its shape. A schematic representation of the advertising medium, as illustrated in the industrial design, is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the advertising medium in orthographic projection, and Fig. 2 shows the base of the medium in cross-section. The essential features of the industrial design include a rectangular advertising board with a frame. The board's upper section includes a strip mounted on two supports a short distance from the board. A rectangular plate with the manufacturer's logo is located at the lower edge. The base of the carrier is a wide, single, vertical support with an oval cross-section, which has two narrowings—the first at approximately 1/4 of the height, and the second at the top, below the rectangular plate.
