Przedmiot wynalazku niniejszego sta¬ nowi zabezpieczenie (splonki) zapalnika rozpryskowego w razie przedwczesnego dzialania iglicy. Wynalazek polega na tern, iz pomiedzy splonka a iglica umieszcza sie plytke z metalu lub innego materjalu, któ¬ ra chroni splonke przed dzialaniem iglicy, gdyz ta musi przebic wpierw plytke; nim zetknie sie ze splonka, Przebicie takie moze nastapic jedynie pod wplywem wielkiego przyspieszenia, jakiego pocisk doznaje w chwili wystrzalu. Poniewaz taka plytka zabezpieczajaca jest narzadem bardzo prostym, przyczem latwo dobrac odpo¬ wiednia jej grubosc, wynalazek w ten spo¬ sób usuwa zarazem wszelkie niedogodno¬ sci plynace ze stosowania dotychczas u- zywanych walców uzebionych lub podob¬ nych bezpieczników, poniewaz plytka za¬ bezpieczajaca moze stanowic mniejszy lub wiekszy opór przebiciu, stosownie do do¬ brania materjalu i jego grubosci, zabezpie¬ czajac poza tern splonke we wszelkich moz¬ liwych wypadkach.Rysunek przedstawia wynalazek w dwóch postaciach wykonania, mianowicie fig, 1 wyobraza postac wykonania, w któ¬ rej iglica 2 polaczona jest z trzpieniem 1, a splonka 5 jest umocowana w jednej z czesci zapalnika, a fig, 2 — forme wyko¬ nania, wedlug której splonka miesci sie w udarniku. PL PL PLThe present invention provides protection for the primer of a splinter fuse in the event of premature firing of the firing pin. The invention consists in placing a plate of metal or other material between the primer and the firing pin, which protects the primer from the firing pin, as the firing pin must first penetrate the plate before it contacts the primer. Such penetration can only occur under the influence of the high acceleration experienced by the projectile at the moment of discharge. Since such a safety plate is a very simple device, and its appropriate thickness can be easily selected, the invention thus eliminates all the disadvantages resulting from the use of toothed rollers or similar fuses used so far, because the safety plate can provide a smaller or greater resistance to breakdown, depending on the choice of material and its thickness, protecting the primer in all possible cases. The drawing shows the invention in two embodiments, namely fig. 1 shows an embodiment in which the firing pin 2 is connected to the pin 1 and the primer 5 is mounted in one of the fuse parts, and fig. 2 — an embodiment in which the primer is located in the impactor. In fig. 1 the pin 1 is terminated with a firing pin 2, and the offset spring 3 holds it in the extreme position. Between the firing pin 2 and the primer 5 there is a plate 4 made of annealed copper, protecting the primer from undesirable contact with the firing pin. It is understood that the thickness of the plate or the diameter of the hole pierced in it must be determined in such a way that the energy will certainly overcome this obstacle of the inertia element at the moment of firing. As can be seen from the drawing, the ignition mechanism is housed in the sleeve 6 of the actual fuse, not indicated in the drawing. The embodiment shown in Fig. 2 differs from the previous one in that the primer 5 is housed in the inertia element 1, and the firing pin 2 is connected to the sleeve 6 of the actual fuse, not indicated in the drawing. In this case, the inertia element 1 is also secured in position. the edge of the spring 8. Between the primer 5 and the firing pin 2 there is a safety inertia plate 4. In the latter embodiment, this plate does not lie directly above the primer, but is separated from it by a channel 7. PL PL PL
