OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present specification refers to an invention patent relating to a control and dosing system applicable to plant irrigation, the obvious purpose of which is to irrigate the plants in view of the need generated by them and taking into account the previous determination of a series of constants, which can be the level, conductivity, pH, temperature, humidity, ambient light, etc., at the same time providing the system with the possibility of enhancing plant growth due to the demand of the product in the market .

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention has its application in the industry dedicated to the manufacture of irrigation elements applicable in agricultural or horticultural plantations.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently, there is a multiplicity of irrigation systems that vary from the traditional irrigation system by means of suitable pipes, through the irrigation of the type of rain generated by appropriate installations and, of course, reaching the drop irrigation system, which is carried out through devices incorporated into a pipeline that has a labyrinth inside which causes water to drip out due to the action of the labyrinth incorporated in the part that constitutes the device.

Ultimately, the demand for products has led industrialists in charge of maintaining and operating agricultural and horticultural plantations and incorporating a series of products in the water used for irrigation with the aim of the product being able to be adequately boosted with a series of marginal elements that act in collaboration with traditional fertilizers.

However, the fact that an adequate dosage of the product is carried out undoubtedly contributes to the imperative necessity to carry out a series of marginal measures through which the characteristics of the land are verified at a given moment and certainly in order to determine a series of constants needed at a time and respective needs, then perform the relevant mixing with the aim of adding it to the water and then incorporating it in the pipes that take the water with the products to the point where the crops are.

When carrying out this series of operations in a punctual manner, it is considered as an onerous action in time that requires a substantial loss of it and, at the same time due to the environmental characteristics and a series of marginal factors, the subsequent action is too diminished .

It should also be borne in mind that, apart from everything mentioned above, there is a commercial variable that indicates in a definitive way which type of culture should be boosted and certainly the operation that in a few cases can be satisfied tailored to market demand by carrying out all the necessary operations in a completely manual manner.

The obvious solution to the current problem in this area would be to be able to count on a system that, in addition to controlling production in an exhaustive manner, doses the addition of products mixed with water, with the products to be mixed incorporated in independent tanks with the objective of avoiding their precipitation and that, subsequently, depending on the measurement and determination of a series of constants carried out using probes or sensors, the system would act 10 on the plantation in an effective and determinant way of the necessary function.

However, until now, there is no knowledge of the existence of a system that is capable of automatically carrying out the operations marked as appropriate.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The control and dosage system applicable to the irrigation of plants that the invention proposes constitutes in itself an evident solution to the problem existing in this matter, having in addition all the elements necessary to determine a series of constants and a subsequent action, and to allow the potentiation and growth of the products planted according to the existing demand in the market.

More concretely, the control and dosing system applicable to plant irrigation is configured as a unit within which a computer is incorporated that will act according to a specific program carried out according to the characteristics of the plantation to be treated and certainly , even if they maintain some physical constants, it can be configured with some variables specific to the plantation and the land or area where it is located.

In collaboration with this computer, it was envisaged the existence of a connection box through which the computer is connected with a series of external elements that, due to their harmonic performance, are able to enable the equipment to perform its function in a specific way. .

First, the computer is connected by means of a probe to the deposit, spring, fountain or dam which fetch the water to start the operation of the equipment, incorporating in this probe a pH and water temperature reader to be taken , passing this data directly to the computer that stores it in memory for later action.

The water is extracted from the supply point and taken to a series of deposits placed alongside each other where it is stored and subsequently these water container deposits are subjected to an operation of adding fertilizers, incorporating in each one a specific type of fertilizer, which prevents the products or fertilizers incorporated in the unitary deposits from precipitating and, consequently, not acting in a convenient way due to physical impediments in a later operation that will be described later.

Once the respective products have been conveniently added to the water container tanks, the computer is based on a series of constants and measurements acquired through a series of probes incorporated in the field in order to measure the temperature, relative humidity, soil moisture , photometry, wind speed, etc. and certainly in combination with the pH, it will give order to start a series of pumps of extraction of water with product that will determine the extraction of a proportional quantity of each one of the deposits with the aim that all the volumes and quantities extracted are placed in a tank in direct combination with the computer, from which the relevant irrigation and plant fertilization will be carried out.

To carry out this operation, in addition to the different probes mentioned above, the installation has a series of valves, buoys, sensors and probes that allow the self-regulation of the final mixed product, while having the installation of incorporating mains water into the tank. container of the final product, by means of which irrigation and fertilization of the plantation is carried out so that it has an extraction pump equipped with its relevant regulation valve that, in combination with the buoys and level sensors, achieve the final actuation .

Finally, it must be indicated that the computer is connected with a weight measurement probe which acts on the tray containing the plantation or unit piece, the computer determining the growth of the plantation at all times and, consequently, feeding a greater or lesser amount according to the growth in question.

For obvious reasons, the installation comprises the relevant pipes or pipes made of an appropriate material that, on the one hand, prevents the loss of water and products and, on the other hand, keeps all spills in hygienic and stable conditions.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

Observing this figure, it can be seen how the control and dosage system applicable to the irrigation of plants that the invention proposes is constituted by a tank, dam, source or fountain (1) from which it will be extracted from the water that will later feed practically the disposal installation.

Inside the tank or dam (1), there is a probe (2) that is suitable for measuring the electrical conductivity and water temperature, passing the measured data instantly to a computer (34) by means of the appropriate connection to it via a connection box (35).

The water that has no products is pushed to the installation by means of a suction impeller pump (3) through a pipe (4) incorporating this water inside tanks placed in pairs or similar (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9), being able to use as many tanks or deposits as it deems appropriate, for which the plumbing (4) has water conducting diversions (11).

Inside the tanks or tanks (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9), it was foreseen the incorporation of extraction pipes (12) that act in accordance with the orders issued by the computer ( 34), performing the extraction of the contents of the tanks by means of metering solenoid valves (13), with the pipeline (12) provided, in a previous point in relation to the metering solenoid valves (13), with volumetric fertilizer control valves (36 ).

Obviously, as already stated in the description of the invention, in these tanks (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9), the respective addition of different products is carried out, with each of the deposits of water of a given product in order that the added products do not mix and, consequently, the mixed products do not precipitate, so that they can be aspirated and properly mixed in a unitary tank (17), which will be designated hereinafter as a mixing tank or tank, where a predetermined amount of water enters with a product according to the instructions that come from the computer, this liquid with its corresponding mixture being extracted in a previous operation for the channeling (16) by means of injectors with Venturi effect (15), each of the aforementioned metering solenoid valves (13) having the corresponding connection to the computer (14) so that, from the the product is clearly detected by the computer and, according to its instructions, the appropriate mixing can be carried out inside the mixing tank (17), which has a regulator (19) and an auxiliary pipe (22) which has the function of incorporating mains water through a pressure pump, passing this aspirated water through a hydraulic regulating valve (18).

The mixing tank (17) also has a probe and float inside it to analyze the tank content at all times, that is, after measuring the characteristics of the land and the plantation to be watered, it is carried out little by little an addition of water or liquid with product to enhance and improve it.

In addition to the said probe and float to travel and determine the contents of the tank (17), this tank has a channel (37), to which a temperature probe (23), a pH probe (24) and a electrical conductivity probe (25).

At the same time, the pipe (37) is connected with the outlet pipe (28) connected on the one hand to the mixing tank (17) and which ends precisely in a piece for irrigation (29).

Certainly, all the probes described above and those that are considered appropriate to connect to know the characteristics of the plantation or the land are connected with the connection box (35) and through this in turn are directly connected with the computer (34) measuring and verifying all the determinations reflected and consequently acting on the computer (34) in order to dictate the appropriate orders for the actuation of the irrigation element (29) in order to enhance the culture, improve it, delay it, etc., etc.

In the same pipeline (28) where the connection of the contact socket of the aforementioned probes (22), (23) and (24) was incorporated in advance, a pressure pump (26) is used to extract the contents of the tank mixture (17) and propel it through the conduit (28) and then incorporate in the same conduit (28) to the connection socket of said probes (23), (24) and (25) a metering solenoid valve (27).

In the plantation itself, provision was made for the installation of a plurality of trays containing the corresponding arid, fertilizer, etc., etc., in which the growth of plants or plant elements (30) takes place, placing them at the bottom of the a weight probe (31) connected to the computer (34) via the connection box and existing inside the tray, and some probes (32) also connected through the connection box (35) ) measure the conductivity, level, with the computer (34) that have the purpose of pH, temperature, etc., etc., consequently having the computer in each moment the indication of the values of the constants existing in the different points where the products that serve as raw material such as water from the spring, tank or deposit, the water contained in the deposits in which the fertilizer is added (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9), in the mixing tank (17) and in the plant action by inserting it in the trays (33).

Naturally, it is possible to incorporate as many probes as there are considered to be the shortcuts according to the characteristics and circumstances, all connected with the connection box (35) and then with the computer (34).

In summary, the equipment supplies the network with the necessary water and doses the saline solutions through the measurement and control of electrical conductivity and pH; watering can be carried out at the request of an external sensor or else by pre-programming the time or volume.

The dosage of the solutions to be supplied can be percentageed, that is, a percentage that can be injected from each solution incorporated in the deposits (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) can be pre-established ) simultaneously, maintaining these percentage values and subsequently the equipment will inject a higher or lower dose depending on the electrical conductivity, an essential factor to be taken into account, at all times for the equipment so configured.

These proportions can be replaced by others that the user can pre-establish, an action that can be carried out at any time or else it is carried out automatically by programming or in response to the values captured by an external sensor.

Both the electrical conductivity and the pH and the proportions that must be established in each zone or sector can be determined by several programs that allow the user to apply the liquid containing the materials or fertilizer products.

It is not considered necessary to make this description more extensive so that any expert in the subject understands the scope of the invention and the advantages that derive from it.
