Para tal e de forma mais concreta, o expositor que se preconiza centra as suas características em dois aspectos, por um lado a superfície de apoio das fraldas ser totalmente plana, materializando-se numa chapa de reduzida espessura, cuja ocupação de espaço é mínima, praticamente nula, e por outro lado a referida superfície de apoio é descontínua, de modo que as fraldas apoiam sobre a mesma exclusivamente através das suas zonas marginais, deixando uma abertura intermédia que permite o acesso directo com a mão por debaixo da prateleira imaginária.
