RETIRADA A TAMPA DE VÁCUO (4) SÃO ADICIONADOS, NA CÂMARA DE INCUBAÇÃO, OS ERITRÓCITOS DO DADOR E O PLASMA DO RECETOR. RECOLOCADA A TAMPA DE VÁCUO (4), O ÊMBOLO (1) AO SER ACIONADO CRIA UM VALOR DE PRESSÃO CONSTANTE NO INTERIOR DA CÂMARA DO DISPOSITIVO (3) QUE, EM CASO DE INCOMPATIBILIDADE, DÁ ORIGEM A UMA REAÇÃO TRANSFUSIONAL E, CONSEQUENTEMENTE, À FORMAÇÃO DE IMUNOCOMPLEXOS QUE FICARÃO RETIDOS NA MEMBRANA (2).
