A INVENÇÃO REFERE-SE A UM PROCESSO, REATOR E SISTEMA PARA A CUSTOMIZAÇÃO DE NANOESTRUTURAS AUTÓNOMAS, UTILIZANDO UM AMBIENTE DE PLASMA EXCITADO POR MICRO-ONDAS SUSTENTADAS POR ONDA DE SUPERFÍCIE (OS). DOIS ESCOAMENTOS DISTINTOS SÃO INJETADOS EM DUAS ZONAS DISTINTAS DE UM REATOR DE PLASMA, SENDO O PRIMEIRO ESCOAMENTO (PE) CONSTITUÍDO POR GASES PORTADORES E PELAS NANOESTRUTURAS A CUSTOMIZAR E O SEGUNDO ESCOAMENTO (SE) POR UMA MISTURA DE GASES INERTES, PELO MENOS UM PERCURSOR DO COMPONENTE DOPANTE (PCD) E/OU PELO MENOS UM TIPO DE MICROPARTÍCULAS (MP). O PE É INJETADO NA PARTE (7) DO REATOR E O SE NA PARTE (6). O SE É SUBMETIDO AO CAMPO ELÉTRICO DE UMA ONDA DE SUPERFÍCIE EXCITADA MEDIANTE O USO DE POTÊNCIA MICRO-ONDAS, CRIANDO UM PLASMA QUENTE (8).
