0 presente invento refere-se a uma seringa na qual se pode armazenar uma quantidade pré-determinada de medicação a fim de ser ejectada em doses pré-determinadas, conforme necessário. Em medicina, por exemplo, para doentes diabéticos, ou em cirurgia dentáriU, por exemplo, para fins anestésicos, utilizam-se seringas de uear e deitar fora, sendo cada uma utilizada para uma dose da injecção necessária.
E evidente de que se trata de um processo inútil e dispendioso, em par ticular porque, na maioria dos casos, a mesma quantidade de medicamento é necessária para cada injecção. Além disso, é frequentemente dese jável que o médico encha a seringa com a quantidade necessária para to do o curso do tratamento e ajuste a seringa para que o doente, apés oa da actuaçao, injecte apenas a quantidade requerida.
A finalidade do presente invento consiste em proporcionar uma seringa que é adaptada para armazenar uma quantidade de medioaçao para múltiplas injecções e com a qual se pode expelir quantidades pré— -determinadas desta medioaçao.
0 presente invento consiste numa seringa para armazenar medioaçao e ejectar quantidades doseadns da mesma, constituída por uma câmara e doio dispositivos semelhantes a êmbolos, sendo a operação de enchimento da quantidade total de medioaçao efectuada por um dispositivo sob vácuo, enquanto que o enchimento da quantidade doseada a ser injectada é efectuado por outro dispositivo sob pressão.

A Figura 3 apresenta a calibragem radial colocada na for ma de realizaçao da Figura 3·
Como mostra a Figura 1, uma cSmara exterior da seringa ê constituída por um orifício de saída 2 na extremidade fechada e um rebordo circunferencial 3 na extremidade aberta, estando esta extremi. dade munida de um filete interno curto 4· Uma camisa cilíndrica 5, tendo um filete externo 7 ao longo do seu comprimento, é movida por rotaçao dentro de uma câmara 1, constituindo a sua extremidade interna 6 um êmbolo. Na extremidade oposta 3 extremidade 6 encontra-se um rebordo circunferencial 8. A camisa cilíndrica 5 tem uma manga cilín drica prolongada axialmente 9 que se funde com a extremidade 6, na qual um êmbolo 10 é movido longitudinalmente por meio de uma haste 11 A referida haste é coberta por um punho tubular 12, que se extende a um reservatório anular 13 na camisa 5 que cerca a manga 9 e que ê adaptado para prender a haste 11 de modo a poder ser movido juntamente com ela. 0 tubo 12 é calibrado linearmente em 14, como se mostra.
A seringa funciona da seguinte maneira:
Uma. agulha hipodérmica de dois sentidos (não apresentada) com dois lados, é ligada, de modo convencional, a uma tampa lj que cobre a extremidade do orifício de saída'2 com a ajuda de uma aiú lha elástica 16, penetrando a agulha na referida anilha. Ao rodar-se a camisa 5 relativamente 3, câmara 1, o espaço aí existente entre as suas extremidades e a extremidade 6 irá ser preenchido. Neste momento, retira-se a agulha. Continua-se o processo de enchimento do espa ço 9, rodando-se a camisa 5 em direcção ao orifício 2 pelo que, devido 3 pressão dentro do espaço 17, o êmbolo 12 se moverá, juntamente com o punho 12, em direcção oposta à da seta X e encherá a manga 9 também até a calibragem 14 indicar uma certa dose pre-determinada. Neste momento, a fim de ejeotar a referida dose pré-determinada, uma

segunda agulha hipodérmica, que é mais fina, é ligada e penetra a ani_ lha 16 a fim de injectar uma dose mais pequena mas pré-determinada. Isto efeotua-se empurrando-se o punho 12 na direcção da seta X, uma paragem (nao apresentada) evita que este movimento se efectue após a extremidade do êmbolo lo ter alcançado a extremidade 6 da camisa 5Depois de se retirar a agulha, o êmbolo 10 permanecerá na sua posição até se efectuar.uma outra injecção. Neste momento, a camisa 5 será roscada na cSmara 1 até ao ponto em que a calibragem apropidada 14 se mostre outra vez e isto forçar o êmbolo lo na direcção oposta da seta enchendo, deste modo, a manga 9 com a dose apropriada.
Na forma de realização da seringa apresentada na Figura 2 as partes que têm os mesmos números de referência sao as da Figura 1 e funcionam de modo semelhante e não serão mais descritas. Neste caso, a parte adicional é um anel filetado 18 que é roscado num punho filetado e oalibrado 12 para servir para fixar uma dose fixa pré-determinada. Esta seringa funciona da seguinte maneira:
0 enchimento dos espaços 17 e 9 é efectuado do mesmo modo que o da Figura 1, sendo a única diferença o facto de se continuar o movimento do êmbolo 10 e do punho 12 na direcção da seta Y, até o êmbolo 10 atingir a paragem 19 na camisa 5· Assim, enche-se toda a manga 9· 0 anel 18 gira, agora, no punho 12 até à calibragem que indica a dose necessária e na altura em que se for dar a injecção empur ra-se 0 punho para a direita na direcção oposta à da seta Y até 0 anel l8 atingir 0 rebordo 8, pelo que a manga 9 será esvaziada por uma quantidade correspondente de dose necessária.
Na forma de realização da seringa da Figura 3, as mesmas partes ou as partes semelhantes às das Figuras 1 e 2, nao serão parti cularmente descritas. A seringa difere das que foram descritas emrelação às Figuras 1 e 2, no facto de poder ser utilizada para dosagem fixa, mediante a utilização de um modo diferente de calibragem. Para isso, 0 punho tubular 12 tem um oorte transversal interno hexagonal, sendo a porca 20 alojada na sua extremidade interna e aí mantida mediante um rebordo interno 12a, podendo, assim, 0 punho mover-se axial e livremente e, quando girar, forçará a porca 20 a girar. A parede tubular da manga 9 é munida de um filete externo ao longo do sdu com primento, adaptado para ser preso por roscagem pela poroa 20. 0 re-355.097

0 perfil da parede interna do punho 12 pode ter qualquer outra forma que nao seja a descrita, por exemplo, quadrada ou qualquei outra forma geométrica, ou uma porca circular pode ser munida de asas diametralmente opostas que se prendem a ranhuras alongadas diametralmente opostas da parede do punho 12.
As calibragens podem ser em relevo, de modo a que a seringa possa ser utilizada pelos cegos.

- 2- . - Seringa de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo facto de o referido dispositivo primeiramente mencionado ser uma camisa cuja extremidade interna é constituída por um êmbolo e é adaptada para ser movida axialmente dentro da referida câmara, tendo a referida camisa uma manga prolongada axialmente que se funde com a referida extremidade interna da camisa, sendo o êmbolo movido axialmente dentro da referida camisa, fazendo o movimento da camisa relativamente à câmara encher a quantidade total da medicação, enquan to que o enchimento da quantidade doseada é efectuado pelo movimento do referido segundo êmbolo relativamente à referida manga.
- 3- . - Seringa de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracteri, zada pelo facto da câmara ter uma roscagem interna curta e pelo facto da referida camisa ser munida de uma roscagem externa ao longo do seu comprimento, sendo o movimento axial entre elas efectuado por acçao da roscagem.
- 4- . - Seringa de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracteri zada pelo facto de o referido segundo dispositivo semelhante a u(n êmbolo, ser munido de uma haste que é coberta por um punho tubular provido de calibragens.R
- 5- . - Seringa de acordo com a reivindicação 4, caracter^ zada pelo facto de o referido punho ser munido de uma roscagem externa na, qual se adapta um anel para ser roscado a fim de limitar o movi mento da ejecçao do segundo dispositivo do êmbolo.
- 6- , - Seringa de acordo com a reivindicação 4, caracteri, zada pelo facto de se dispor uma porca no referido punho tubular cuja parede interna ê perfilada para se ajustar à referida porca, prendendo-se esta última, por roscagem, à parede externa da referida manga, sendo o movimento axial do punho limitado pela posição da porca na pa rede externa da manga.Ί-. _ Seringa de acordo com a reivindicação 6, caracteri^ zada pelo facto de as calibragens radiais serem colocadas num rebordo que cerca a extremidade exterior da referida camisa.
