Claims (1)
- .iuntamente com 147 ml de uma solução orgânica com a composição seguinte: DEHPA - 20 % Isodecanol - 8 % Querosene 200/260 - 72 % Esta mistura foi agitada durante 2 minutos obtendo-se apôs decantação duas fases separadas. As composições das soluções orgânica e aquosa estão representadas no Quadro V, respectivamente nas colunas (4) e (5). Reivindicações lã - Processo hidrometalàrgico para a recuperação de metais não ferrosos tais como zinco, cobre e chumbo a partir de materiais sulfuretados e oxidados que os contêm, caracterizado por uma lixiviação dos ditos matérias com uma solução concentrada de cloreto de amónio quente que permite formar as correspondentes aminas dos metais a recuperar, com excepcão do chumbo, de forma que, apôs uma purificação por meios convencionais, arrefecimento da solução e separação do cloreto de chumbo por cristalização, è possivel extrair o zinco e o cobre por extraccão com solventes orgânicos ácidos que neutralizam as aminas, regenerando-se o cloreto de amónio. 2â - Processo segundo a reivindicação 1, caracterisado pelo material a tratar poder ser um concentrado de sulfuretos metálicos (misturas de espécies minerais, tais como a esfalerite, calcopirite, galena, pirite, etc.), realizando-se a lixiviação em presença de oxigénio e sais de cobre (II). 3ã - Processo segundo a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo material a tratar poder ser uma mistura de óxidos de zinco, cobre, chumbo, etc., mesmo que se encontre impurifiçado pela presença de cloretos. 4ã - Processo segundo a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pela concentração de cloreto de amónio na solução lixiviante estar compreendida entre 3 e 9 moles por Kg de água, preferivelmente 6 moles por Kg de água. 5â - Processo segundo as reivindicações 1 e 2, caracterizado pela lixiviação se realizar preferivelmente a uma temperatura entre 80 16 e 150°C, com uma sobrepressão de oxigénio entre 50 e 500 KFa íaproximadamente 0.5 e 5 atm), em duas etapas em contracorrente. uma neutra, que dá lugar á solução carregada de metais e uma ácida, para esgotar o concentrado em metais não ferrosos. ga - Processo segundo as reivindicações 1 e 3, caracterisado pela lixiviação se realisar entre 50 e 100°C. 7ã - Processo segundo a reivindicação 1, caracteriaado pela possibilidade de utilisação, sem adicionar neutraliaantes, de ácidos orgânicos tal como o di-2 etilhexilfosfòrico, para a extracção do sinco, e de oximas e oxinas para a extraccão do cobre.
