Abstract

The invention relates to a machine for cutting into strips, pasting down on a double sided adhesive film and reconstructing in reels the posters for publicity panels with rotating prisms. The machine is comprised of a plate receiving a complete poster, and provided with jolting and guiding stops, a movable suction box (6) associated with two racks (7) for advancing the poster step by step, jacks (16) for applying the poster to the adhesive tape (20), a circular knife (15) for cutting the poster into strips, a system for cutting transversally the adhesive tape alone, a motor-driven reel (16) on which the poster strips coated with adhesive are wound end-to-end, the above-mentioned steps being controlled by electronic means.
