Claims (1)

  1. REIVINDICAÇÕES t* - Processo para a preparação de uma camada de filtração espessa para um filtro de camada espessa a partir duma mistura que compreende celulose em fibras compridas e fibras curtas e/ou fibras sintéticas compridas e curtas, assim como, de preferência, diatoraite e/ou perlite ou uma mistura de fibras de vidro ou de fibras cerâmicas compridas e curtas, caracterizado pelo facto de se preguear a camada de filtração tendo u» teor de água pelo menos igual a 5¾ e no máximo igual a 30%, a uma temperatura pelo menos igual a 20° G (temperatura ambiente) e, no máximo, igual a 150°C* 2* - Processo para a preparação de uma camada de filtração espessa a partir de uma mistura que, além de fibras de celulose, contém ainda fibras sintéticas, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo facto de se aquecer a camada de filtração até uma temperatura que ê inferior à temperatura de sintetização das fibras sintéticas durante a operação de pregueamento. 3» — Processo para a preparação de um filtro de camada filtrante espessa pregueada, caracterizado pelo facto de se empregarem fibras cerâmicas com um comprimento inferior a 6 milímetros* 4* - Procesao para a preparação de um filtro de camada filtrante espessa pregueada, caracterizado pelo facto de se empregarem microfibras de vidro com um comprimento inferior a 6 milímetros.
    *f$tíC**Hrf* 5* — Filtro de camada filtrante espessa com uma espessura pelo menos igual a 1 mm, caracterizado pelo facto de compreender uma camada de filtração pregueada e auto—suportada que contêm uma mistura de material de fibras compridas e de material de fibras curtas, em que as fibras consistem em fibras de celulose e/ou fibras sintéticas ou fibras cerâmicas ou fibras de vidro e em que a camada de filtração contêm de preferência diatomite e/ou perlite. 6* - Filtro de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado pelo facto de a camada de filtração conter pelo menos 20% era peso de fibras compridas com um comprimento compreendido entre 1 a 6 mm, em relação ao seu peso total. 7* - Filtro de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado pelo facto de a camada de filtração conter pelo menos 5% em peso de fibras compridas com ura comprimento compreendido entre cerca de 3 e 6 mm. 8* - Filtro de acordo com as reivindicaçães 5 ou 6, caracterizado pelo facto de a camada de filtração conter pelo menos 10% em peso de fibras compridas com um comprimento compreendido entre 1 e 3 mm. 9* - Filtro de acordo com qualquer das reivindicaçSes 5 a 8, caracterizado pelo facto de a camada de filtração possuir, em relação ao seu peso total, pelo menos 20% em peso das fibras curtas com um comprimento inferior a 1 nua. 10* - Filtro de acordo com a reivindicação 9, caracterizado pelo facto de a proporção de fibras curtas ser no máximo

    igual a 50% em peso 11* - Filtro de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações 5 a 10, caracterizado pelo facto de a proporção de fibras compridas com um comprimento compreendido entre 1 e 6 mm ser no máximo igual a 50% em peso. 12* - Filtro de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado pelo facto de se moer as fibras de celulose até um valor compreendido entre 12 e 25° Schopper-Riegler (SR). 13* - Filtro de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações 5 a 12, caracterizado pelo facto de a proporção de diatoaite e/ou perlite ser maior do que 20% e menor do que 50% do peso da camada de filtração. 14* - Filtro de acordo com a reivindicação 13, caracterizado pelo facto de a citada proporção ser igual a cerca de 40% em peso. 15* - Filtro de acordo cora qualquer das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado pelo facto de a camada de filtro conter fibras sintéticaB, de preferência, fibras de poliolefi-nas. 16* - Hódulo de filtração para filtração em andares, caracte— rizado pelo facto de compreender uma caixa com ligações para tubagens de fluído, na qual são previstos um ou mais elementos filtrantes montados em série na corrente do fluído, tendo uma superfície pregueada, caracterizado pelo facto de pelo menos um elemento filtrante possuir uma camada 20 de filtração que contêm uma mistura de fibras de celulose e/ou de fibras sintéticas compridas e curtas, assim como, de preferência, diatomite e/ou perlite. 17* - Módulo de filtração de acordo com a reivindicação 14, caracterizado pelo facto de os elementos de filtração serem cilindros, terem diâmetros diferentes e estarem montados concentricamente uns dentro dos outros. 18* - Módulo de filtração de acordo com a reivindicação 15, caracterizado pelo facto de se conceber o elemento de filtração interior de modo a ser ligado a uma tubagem de líquido não filtrado, e a tubagem de saída do filtrado ser ligada por fora do referido elemento de filtração exterior.
