Abstract

The hydrocyclone consists of a vertical cylindro-conical unit equipped with a lid on top with an overflow in its centre, and an evaluation connection in the bottom. It also has a feeding connection on the lid, right of centre, with a tangential guidance device for the suspension in the form of a tangential propulsion chamber. This comprises of a horizontal section which compressions with a sector from the horizontal section of the overflow lid, a diagonal section which corresponds to a portion of the interior cylindrical lining of the hydrocarbon, and a vertical section, the last two making up the device itself
