Abstract
Process comprises a technique improving wet treatment resistance and also the dyeing capacity on using closed colour type dyes. The dyed threads are introduced into a mixt. contg. up to 2 per cent each of formic acid and nonionogenic material at a ratio of up to 1:70. The treatment temp. is 50-70 deg.C and the holding time is at least 30 minutes. This is followed by washing/drying at a temp. of up to 60 deg.C and a moisture content of 2 per cent.
