Abstract
The composition comprises 14-15 parts of polyvinyl alcohol or of acrylic copolymer of polyacrylic and polymethacrylic acids, 10-12 parts of carboxy methyl-cellulose, and 0.1-2 parts of triglyceride, polyethoxylated with castor-oleic acid, or nonyl-phenol polyethoxylate. It also incorporates 0.2-1.8 parts of dialkyl phosphate of polyoxyethylene glycol, 1.0-3 parts of boric acid and 957-970 parts of water. The design increases the product strength uniformity and the elasticity of the film thus formed.
