Masa de turnare propusa poseda proprietati fizico-mecanice si electrice superioare si se utilizeaza în industria electronica, elelctrotehnica, constructii de masini.The present invention relates to a casting mass consisting of bismaleimide, epoxy resin and 4,4'-diaminophenyl methane and to a process for obtaining the same. The proposed casting mass possesses superior physical, mechanical and electrical properties and is used in the electronics, electrotechnics, machine building industries.
