Abstract

This invention consists of an electrical hoisting block for process lines (the double lifting hook type), designed to lift and carry long loads in automatic or semiautomatic operation.The electrical hoisting block comprises a gear motor with controlling device, two drums on which the hoisting wire ropes are laid (the drums are actuated by the gear motor directly), a connecting axle, two trolleys that support and carry the assembly on the rolling track by means of some electromotors, a trolley that is mounted on the axle housing and is actuated by an electromotor, designed to lift a local control box, as well as a screen plate, which, when reaching the proximity detectors fixed on the rolling track, causes the machine to stop.
