Abstract

The loader comprises an elastic sleeve in a cylinder having a roller bearing. The moving plate with reduction gearing is tranversed, and the sleeve is rotated with automation of the coil reel feed to the coiler. A manipulator and spindles fixed to the moving plate facilitates control of the coiling and uncoiling reels.
