Abstract

The invention relates to an installation designed to do presorting and loading of useful mineral material extracted in a quarry, by self-propelled excavators with one cup, directly into trucks or on running belts. The mobile installation consists of a receiving sub-assembly made of a rotative bar grate mounted above a feeding funnel; it also consists of a sub-assembly for taking and loading, consisting of an endless belt, operated by an engine coupled to a reductor, installed on a platform that rotates at 360 degrees, placed on a self-propelled rolling chassis. The belt has a reversing head mounted at the extremity of an arm, made up of four detachable sections, mobile in vertical plane, articulated to a section under the platform body, supported and oriented by a system of cables at different working angles.
