An emulsion forming paste used in metal processing contains (all pts. wt.); 20 castor oil, 10 resin, 8.1 sodium-hydroxide soln. (38 deg. Be) and 61.9 exhausted mineral oil. The paste forms an emuslion with water, when added at 10% concn.
