Process comprises forming derivs. of monochloro-tetra-(beta- cyanoethyl)-phosphorus diamides in a mixt. with 3,3'-imino-bis- propionitrile and N,N,N-tri-(beta-cyanoethyl)amine in the form of chlorohydrate. Reaction of addn.-hydrolysis of phosphorus trichlorides and water in a nitriles mixt. is at 20 deg.C. Reaction is 40 h, in presence of glacial acetic acid.
