Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de reducere a autodescarcarii acumulatoarelor acide cu plumb, provocata de prezenta accidentala a ionilor de Fe exponent 2+ în electrolit, peste limita admisa de fabricantii de baterii. Procedeul consta în adaugarea în compozitia clasica a pastelor negative pentru electrozii acumulatoarelor a unei substante organice (o-fenantrolina) capabila sa complexeze ionii Fe exponent 2+ din solutie, inhibînd efectele nedorite ale alierii Fe cu masa activa negativa (plumbul spongios).
