Abstract
The dressing comprises a nonwoven biocompatible textile support subjected to washing and drying. Impregnation with 80% glucose solution or 1:1 soln. of 40% glucose and 60% of peptide is followed by introduction into a polyethylene envelope and sterilisation with CO 60 radiation.
