Abstract

Procedeul de obtinere a corpurilor cu structuri compuse cu matrice metalica, prevazute cu cel putin o cavitate, de forma si profil predeterminat, ce comunica sau nu cu exteriorul, conform inventiei, realizeaza infiltrarea spontana a matricei metalice constituite din aliaje uzuale de aluminiu, cu continut de Si, Fe, Mn, Cr, Zn, Ca, Mg si Sr sau de alt tip adecvat în masa/preforma de material ceramic de umplutura, alimentând totodata în sistemul de infiltrare spontana, fie în materialul de umplutura, fie în atmosfera de infiltrare, un precursor al intensificatorului de infiltrare sau intensificatorul de infiltrare ca atare, al carui tip este selectat în functie de natura atmosferei în care se desfasoara procesul de infiltrare spontana, care, trebuie condus pâna la consumarea totodata a matricei metalice topite prin infiltrarea mentionata si fasonarea prin replica inversa în masa/preforma de umplutura a cavitatii prestabilite.
